Tench Coxe is a former Managing Director of Sutter Hill Ventures, a venture capital investment firm, where he served from 1989 to 2020 and focused on investments in the IT sector. John O. Dabiri is the Centennial Professor of Aeronautics and Mechanical Engineering at the California Institute of Technology and a recipient of the National Medal of Science and a MacArthur Foundation "Genius Grant." Stephen C. Neal is Chairman Emeritus and Senior Counsel of the law firm Cooley LLP, where he served as CEO from 2001 to 2008. Aarti Shah worked at Eli Lilly and Company for 27 years until 2021, serving most recently as Senior Vice President and Chief Information and Digital Officer. An NVIDIA director since 2020, she serves on the Audit and Compensation Committees and on the board of Sandoz Group AG, contributing expertise in information technology, data science and digital health.

Mark A. Stevens has been Managing Partner of S-Cubed Capital, a private family office investment firm, since 2012, and was previously a Managing Partner at Sequoia Capital. An NVIDIA director since 2008 (having previously served 1993-2006), he serves on the Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees and brings deep technology-industry and venture investing experience.

Suzanne Nora Johnson was appointed to the NVIDIA Board of Directors effective July 13, 2026, and joins as a member of the Audit Committee, increasing the Board from ten to eleven members. Her appointment was disclosed in NVIDIA's Form 8-K filed May 8, 2026.

Colette M. Kress joined NVIDIA in 2013 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She previously served as Senior Vice President and CFO of the Business Technology and Operations Finance organization at Cisco Systems, and earlier held finance leadership roles at Microsoft and Texas Instruments. She holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Arizona and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.

Ajay K. Puri joined NVIDIA in 2005 as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales and became Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations in 2009. Prior to NVIDIA he spent 22 years at Sun Microsystems in sales, marketing and general management. NVIDIA disclosed in a July 2026 Form 8-K that he intends to retire from the role upon the start of his successor and will remain in a senior advisory capacity.

Debora Shoquist joined NVIDIA in 2007 as Senior Vice President of Operations and became Executive Vice President of Operations in 2009. She previously served as EVP of Operations at JDS Uniphase and in senior operations roles at Coherent, Quantum Corp. and Hewlett-Packard. She holds B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University and Biology from Santa Clara University.

Timothy S. Teter joined NVIDIA in 2017 as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary and became Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in February 2018. Prior to NVIDIA he spent more than two decades at the law firm Cooley LLP litigating patent and technology matters. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UC Davis and a J.D. from Stanford Law School.

Scott Gawel was appointed Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of NVIDIA effective May 4, 2026, serving as the Company's principal accounting officer, per NVIDIA's Form 8-K filed April 27, 2026. He joined from Intel Corporation, where he served as Corporate VP and CAO from 2022 to 2026, and previously held senior controller roles at Oracle Corporation.

Nicholas Parker was appointed Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations of NVIDIA, effective upon the commencement of his employment anticipated on August 24, 2026, per NVIDIA's Form 8-K filed July 2, 2026. He joins after 26 years at Microsoft Corporation, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer of Microsoft's Worldwide Sales & Solutions organization.
