Mr. Knudstorp is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of the LEGO Group, a position he held from 2004 to 2016, and served as Executive Chairman of LEGO Brand Group from 2017 to 2023. He held various leadership positions at the LEGO Group from 2001 to 2004 and was previously a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company, and he is a member and lead independent director of the Board of Directors of Starbucks Corporation; he is standing for election at the Annual Meeting for the first time.
