Ms. Arnaboldi has been a partner at Oak Hill Capital Management, a private equity firm, since 2021. She was previously the vice chairman of Credit Suisse Asset Management and a managing director of Credit Suisse Securities Corp. from 2000 to 2019, and earlier served in the venture capital and private equity groups of its predecessor, Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette. She has served on the board of Manulife Financial Corporation since 2020 and holds a law degree and MBA from Harvard.

Mr. Camaren is a private investor who previously served as chairman and CEO of Utilities, Inc., one of the largest investor-owned water utilities in the United States, until May 2006. He joined Utilities, Inc. in 1987 and served successively as vice president of business development, executive vice president, and vice chairman before becoming chairman and CEO in 1996. He has leadership experience with a large, regulated investor-owned utility, including managing capital expenditures, environmental compliance, regulatory affairs and investor relations.

Mr. Gursahaney is retired and served as president and CEO and a director of The ADT Corporation, a provider of security systems and services, from September 2012 until its acquisition by affiliated funds of Apollo Global Management in May 2016. Prior to ADT's separation from Tyco International in 2012, he served as president of Tyco's ADT North American Residential business and president of Tyco Security Solutions, having joined Tyco in 2003. Earlier in his career he was president and CEO of GE Medical Systems Asia during a 10-year career with GE, and he chairs the Audit Committee at NextEra Energy.

Mr. Hachigian is retired and served as chairman of JELD-WEN Holding, Inc., a manufacturer of windows and doors, from February 2014 to May 2018 and as its CEO from April 2014 to December 2016. He previously served as chairman, president and CEO of Cooper Industries plc, a publicly held electrical equipment and tool manufacturer, until its acquisition by Eaton Corporation in November 2012. He serves on the public company boards of PACCAR, Inc. (since 2008) and L3 Harris Technologies, Inc. (since 2023) and chairs NextEra Energy's Compensation Committee.

Ms. Henry was chief financial officer of Kimberly-Clark Corporation from April 2015 through April 2022 and served as its executive vice president and senior advisor until her retirement in September 2022. She previously served as executive vice president and CFO of the Hillshire Brands Company (formerly Sara Lee Corporation) and held senior finance and strategy roles at portfolio companies of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, including as CFO of Culligan International, after beginning her career at General Electric. She currently serves on the boards of NIKE, Inc. (since May 2023) and General Mills, Inc. (since 2016).

Mr. Ketchum has been president and chief executive officer and a director of NextEra Energy since March 2022 and chairman of the Board since July 2022, and has also served as chairman of subsidiary Florida Power & Light Company since February 2023. Prior to becoming CEO, he served as president and chief executive officer of NextEra Energy Resources, the company's wholesale power generation business. He joined NextEra Energy in 2002 and has held key executive roles across NextEra Energy, NextEra Energy Resources and XPLR Infrastructure, LP, where he serves as chairman of the board. He holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Laws in taxation from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Ms. Lane retired in 2002 as managing director and group leader of the global Retailing Investment Banking Group of Merrill Lynch & Co., an investment banking firm. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 1997, she was a managing director at Salomon Brothers, which she joined in 1989 and where she founded and led the retail industry investment banking unit. She serves as NextEra Energy's Lead Director and chairs the Governance & Nominating Committee, and she serves on the public company boards of FedEx Corp. (since 2022) and The TJX Companies, Inc. (since 2005).

Mr. Martha is chairman and chief executive officer of Medtronic plc, a global healthcare technology company, and previously served as Medtronic's president from 2019 to 2020 and as executive vice president and president of its Restorative Therapies Group from 2015 to 2019. He joined Medtronic in 2011 as senior vice president, strategy and business development, after holding various business development and general management roles at GE Healthcare and GE Capital from 1998 to 2011. He has served on the board of Medtronic plc since 2020 and holds a finance degree from Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Porges is retired and previously joined EQT Corporation in 1998 as senior vice president and chief financial officer, later serving as EQT's CEO from April 2010 to April 2011 and as CEO and chairman from April 2011 to February 2017, then as executive chairman and interim CEO into 2018. He was a non-employee member of the board of Equitrans Midstream Corporation from November 2018 through December 2019 and chairman of that board from November 2018 to July 2019. He chairs NextEra Energy's Finance & Investment Committee and holds an MBA from Stanford University.

Ms. Stahlkopf joined Cisco Systems, Inc., a global technology company, in August 2021 as executive vice president and chief legal officer. Prior to Cisco, she held several senior roles at Microsoft Corporation over 14 years, including corporate vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary from April 2018 to July 2021. Earlier she practiced law in the Seattle area at Perkins Coie and at Cooley Godward, LLP, and she serves on NextEra Energy's Audit and Compensation Committees.

Mr. Stall retired from NextEra Energy in 2010 after serving in numerous nuclear leadership roles, including president of the company's nuclear division from 2009 to 2010 and senior vice president and chief nuclear officer from 2001 to 2009. He earlier served in leadership roles at Dominion Energy's North Anna nuclear generating station from 1977 until 1996 and has over 40 years of experience in nuclear generation. He chairs NextEra Energy's Nuclear Committee and previously held a senior reactor operator license issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Mr. Wilson was vice president, commercial of GE Power, a business of GE, from June 2017 until his retirement in December 2017, and earlier served as vice president and chief commercial officer of GE Energy Connections and GE Distributed Power. From July 2008 to January 2013 he was president and CEO of GE Aeroderivative Products, and he held additional GE leadership roles in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, India and Asia-Pacific, after earlier executive roles with British Petroleum-North America. He serves on the public company boards of Eaton Corporation plc (since 2021), Primerica, Inc. (since 2024) and Solventum Corp. (since 2024).

Mr. Dunne was appointed executive vice president, finance and chief financial officer of NextEra Energy and Florida Power & Light Company in 2025. Since January 2023 he had served as treasurer of NextEra Energy and FPL and assistant secretary of NextEra Energy, and he served as vice president, finance of NextEra Energy from April 2022 to December 2022. Before joining NextEra Energy, he served as managing director, global energy and power investment banking for Bank of America from January 2012 to March 2022.

Mr. Bolster was appointed president and chief executive officer of NextEra Energy Resources effective May 22, 2025, succeeding the retiring Rebecca J. Kujawa. He previously served as executive vice president, finance and chief financial officer of NextEra Energy and Florida Power & Light Company. He is a named executive officer of NextEra Energy.

Mr. Pimentel was rehired by NextEra Energy on January 25, 2023 and appointed president and chief executive officer of Florida Power & Light Company effective February 15, 2023. Effective December 1, 2025, he was appointed chief executive officer of FPL. He is a named executive officer of NextEra Energy.

Mr. Sieving serves as executive vice president, chief legal officer of NextEra Energy and is a named executive officer of the company. He is included among the company's named executive officers in the 2026 proxy statement's compensation disclosures.
