Ms. Arnaboldi has been a partner at Oak Hill Capital Management, a private equity firm, since 2021. She was previously the vice chairman of Credit Suisse Asset Management and a managing director of Credit Suisse Securities Corp. from 2000 to 2019, and earlier served in the venture capital and private equity groups of its predecessor, Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette. She has served on the board of Manulife Financial Corporation since 2020 and holds a law degree and MBA from Harvard.

Mr. Camaren is a private investor who previously served as chairman and CEO of Utilities, Inc., one of the largest investor-owned water utilities in the United States, until May 2006. Prior to becoming CEO, he served as president and chief executive officer of NextEra Energy Resources, the company's wholesale power generation business. He joined NextEra Energy in 2002 and has held key executive roles across NextEra Energy, NextEra Energy Resources and XPLR Infrastructure, LP, where he serves as chairman of the board. He holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Laws in taxation from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Ms. Stahlkopf joined Cisco Systems, Inc., a global technology company, in August 2021 as executive vice president and chief legal officer. Earlier she practiced law in the Seattle area at Perkins Coie and at Cooley Godward, LLP, and she serves on NextEra Energy's Audit and Compensation Committees.

Mr. Stall retired from NextEra Energy in 2010 after serving in numerous nuclear leadership roles, including president of the company's nuclear division from 2009 to 2010 and senior vice president and chief nuclear officer from 2001 to 2009. He earlier served in leadership roles at Dominion Energy's North Anna nuclear generating station from 1977 until 1996 and has over 40 years of experience in nuclear generation. He chairs NextEra Energy's Nuclear Committee and previously held a senior reactor operator license issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Mr. Dunne was appointed executive vice president, finance and chief financial officer of NextEra Energy and Florida Power & Light Company in 2025. Since January 2023 he had served as treasurer of NextEra Energy and FPL and assistant secretary of NextEra Energy, and he served as vice president, finance of NextEra Energy from April 2022 to December 2022. Before joining NextEra Energy, he served as managing director, global energy and power investment banking for Bank of America from January 2012 to March 2022.

Mr. Bolster was appointed president and chief executive officer of NextEra Energy Resources effective May 22, 2025, succeeding the retiring Rebecca J. Kujawa. He previously served as executive vice president, finance and chief financial officer of NextEra Energy and Florida Power & Light Company. He is a named executive officer of NextEra Energy.

Mr. Pimentel was rehired by NextEra Energy on January 25, 2023 and appointed president and chief executive officer of Florida Power & Light Company effective February 15, 2023. Effective December 1, 2025, he was appointed chief executive officer of FPL. He is a named executive officer of NextEra Energy.
