Earlier he was EVP and CFO of McAfee (Feb 2017-Mar 2020); EVP, CFO and COO of FireEye, Inc.; EVP and CFO of Informatica Corporation (Nov 2014-Sep 2015); and CFO of IO Data Centers, LLC (now part of Iron Mountain), SolarWinds, Inc. and i2 Technologies, Inc., along with a variety of other operational and finance positions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Augsburg University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of St. Thomas.
