Jorge Mas is Chairman of the Board and a co-founder of MasTec and has been involved in all phases of the company's development since its creation in 1994, serving as Chairman since 1998. He is the managing partner of a private equity group that oversees a diversified portfolio of operating companies, has served on more than a dozen corporate boards, and is the managing owner of Major League Soccer's Inter Miami CF. He is the brother of MasTec Chief Executive Officer Jose R. Mas.

Jose R. Mas has served as MasTec's Chief Executive Officer since April 2007 and has been a member of the Board since August 2001, having earlier served as Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President - Business Development. He joined MasTec in 1992 and led its communications service operation before assuming senior leadership, and he currently serves on the board of Helmerich & Payne, Inc. (NYSE: HP). He is the brother of Chairman Jorge Mas.

Ernst N. Csiszar is a private investor and a director of American Integrity Insurance Company (NYSE: AII). He previously served as President and CEO of the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America, as Director of Insurance for the State of South Carolina, and as President of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. He chairs MasTec's Compensation Committee and is designated an audit committee financial expert.

Robert J. Dwyer is a private investor who spent 17 years in executive positions at Morgan Stanley and Dean Witter Reynolds before retiring in 1999. He chairs MasTec's Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions Committee, currently serves as a director of Bimini Capital Management, Inc., and is designated an audit committee financial expert.

Julia L. Johnson is President of Net Communications, LLC, a regulatory-analysis and public-policy consulting firm focused on communications, energy and information technology, and previously served on and chaired the Florida Public Service Commission. She chairs MasTec's Nominating, Sustainability and Corporate Governance Committee and serves on the board of American Water Works Company, Inc. (NYSE: AWK), having formerly served on the boards of FirstEnergy Corp. and NorthWestern Corporation.

C. Robert Campbell has more than 30 years of senior financial management experience and served as MasTec's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2004 to 2013. He previously held CFO and senior roles at TIMCO Aviation Services, BAX Global, Advantica Restaurant Group and Ryder System, chairs MasTec's Audit Committee, and previously served as a director of Forward Air Corporation and Pernix Group, Inc.

Javier Palomarez is President and Chief Executive Officer of the United States Hispanic Business Council and previously led the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce from 2000 to 2018. He has held executive roles at Allstate, Sprint and Bank of America, has served on numerous public and private advisory councils, and previously served on the board of Forward Air, Inc.

Ava L. Parker is President of Palm Beach State College and previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Florida Polytechnic University and as a member and chair of Florida's Board of Governors. An attorney, she serves on the board of Orchid Island Capital, Inc. (NYSE: ORC) and previously served on the board of Professional Holding Corp.

Alexander Benjamin Spiro was appointed to MasTec's Board of Directors as a Class III director on July 24, 2026, filling a newly created seat following an increase in the size of the Board to ten directors, and was appointed to the Compensation Committee. According to MasTec, he has spent more than a decade advising Fortune 500 companies and their chief executives on high-priority matters.

Robert Apple has served as MasTec's Chief Operating Officer since December 2006, having previously been group president for the company's energy service operations. Earlier he was a senior vice president at DIRECTV and Chief Operating Officer and board member of the Telefonica affiliate Via Digital, held various roles at Hughes Electronics including Chief Executive Officer of Hughes Electronics-Spain, and formerly served on the board of Domtar Corporation (NYSE: UFS). A U.S. Naval Academy graduate, he served as a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps and completed the Navy Fighter Weapons School (Top Gun).

Paul DiMarco has served as MasTec's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since April 1, 2023, having joined the company in 2007 and previously served as Treasurer from 2011 and as Chief Financial Officer of the Power Delivery segment. Before MasTec he held positions with Burger King Restaurant Services and Coca-Cola Enterprises, and he holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida and an MBA from Duke University.

Alberto de Cardenas has served as MasTec's Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since November 2005, with responsibility for the company's corporate and operational legal matters. He previously served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Perry Ellis International, as a corporate and securities attorney at Broad and Cassel, and as an accountant at Deloitte & Touche LLP. He earned degrees from the University of Florida, Florida International University and The George Washington University Law School.
