Jorge Mas is Chairman of the Board and a co-founder of MasTec and has been involved in all phases of the company's development since its creation in 1994, serving as Chairman since 1998. He is the managing partner of a private equity group that oversees a diversified portfolio of operating companies, has served on more than a dozen corporate boards, and is the managing owner of Major League Soccer's Inter Miami CF. He is the brother of MasTec Chief Executive Officer Jose R. Mas.
