Mr. Alario has over 35 years of experience in oilfield services, having served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Key Energy Services, Inc., a publicly traded oilfield service company, from 2004 to 2016. He is currently Chairman of the Board of DNOW Inc. (Chairman since April 2021, director since May 2014) and was appointed Chairman of Kirby's Board effective at the 2024 Annual Meeting after previously serving as Kirby's Lead Independent Director from 2015.
Ms. Embree is the retired President of Otis Americas, Otis Worldwide Corporation (2023-2025), and previously served over 23 years at Cummins, Inc. in various leadership roles including President of its Distribution Business (2019-2023) and President of its Components Business (2015-2019). She has over 23 years of experience in power generation and commercial and industrial markets and was elected to Kirby's Board on February 16, 2026 to fill a newly created Class I director vacancy.
Mr. Grzebinski has served as Kirby's Chief Executive Officer since April 2024, having previously been President and Chief Executive Officer (April 2014-April 2024) and Chief Financial Officer (2010-2014) after joining the Company in 2010. Mr. Davis is Chairman of Pattern Energy Group LP and the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EnLink Midstream, LLC, where he served as Chairman and CEO from 2019 to 2022. He has more than 40 years of experience in the energy industry, including as Chairman, CEO and President of Crosstex Energy (1996-2014), providing the Board extensive expertise in hydrocarbon transportation and midstream energy services.
Ms. Dio is the retired Chairman and President of BP America Inc. (2018-2020) and former Chief Executive Officer of BP Shipping (2015-2018), having served over 36 years at BP in global, technical, and operational roles. She has over 35 years of experience in shipping and petrochemicals, including managing BP's fleet of operated and chartered vessels worldwide as CEO of BP Shipping.
Ms. Ainsworth is the retired President and Chief Executive Officer of Oiltanking Partners, L.P. and Oiltanking Holding Americas, Inc. (2012-2014), and previously served as Senior Vice President of Refining at Sunoco, Inc. (2009-2012). She has over 35 years of experience in executive and managerial positions in the United States refining industry, providing expertise in petrochemicals, refining, and hydrocarbon transportation.
Mr. Waterman is the retired President and Chief Executive Officer of Penn Maritime Inc., a coastal tank barge operator he led from 1983 until Penn was acquired by Kirby in 2012. He has over 40 years of experience in the coastal tank barge business, building Penn into one of the largest coastal tank barge operators in the United States, and is a former director and past Chairman of The American Waterways Operators.
Mr. Williams is the Executive Chairman of Covia Holdings LLC, a provider of minerals-based solutions serving industrial and energy markets, where he has served as Executive Chairman since January 2022 and previously as CEO (June 2021-December 2021). He has over 30 years of experience in U.S. and global industrial markets, including roles as CEO of Nexeo Plastics Holdings and 22 years in leadership roles at General Electric Company.
Mr. Kumar serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kirby Corporation and is a named executive officer. He participated in the Company's 2025 executive compensation program, including annual incentive and long-term performance awards tied to Kirby's financial and operational results.
Mr. O'Neil serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Kirby Corporation and is a named executive officer, having assumed this expanded role in 2024. His 2023-2025 long-term performance award reflected a blend of Corporate performance for 2024 and 2025 and the Marine Transportation (KMT) business for 2023, reflecting his change in role.
