Kilroy Realty Corp Leadership

Angela Aman was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Kilroy Realty effective January 22, 2024 and also serves as a director, bringing nearly 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, finance, and operations at both private and public real estate companies. Before joining Kilroy she was President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of Brixmor Property Group from 2023 to 2024 and its EVP, CFO, and Treasurer from 2016 to 2023, and earlier held CFO roles at Starwood Retail Partners and Retail Properties of America. She holds an economics degree from The Wharton School and has served on the Board of Trustees of Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR) since 2020.

Gary Stevenson has served as a Kilroy Realty director since 2014 and was appointed Chair of the Board effective February 24, 2026, succeeding Edward F. Brennan. He brings over 47 years of business and operational experience through leadership roles at Major League Soccer, where he is Deputy Commissioner and has been President and Managing Director of MLS Business Ventures since 2013, and previously served as President of Pac-12 Enterprises and President of NBA Properties, Marketing and Media. He holds a bachelor's degree from Duke University and an MBA from George Washington University.

Edward F. Brennan, PhD has been a Kilroy Realty director since 2003, served as the company's Lead Independent Director from 2014 to 2024, and as Chair of the Board from 2025 to 2026 before Gary Stevenson succeeded him; he continues as an independent director and chairs the Audit Committee. He brings more than 30 years of executive and board experience with public and private companies in the health sciences and medical industries, including as Acting CEO of Abram Scientific and CEO of Nexus Dx and CryoCor. He holds bachelor's degrees in Biology and Chemistry and a PhD in Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Cia Buckley Marakovits was appointed an independent director of Kilroy Realty effective February 24, 2026, joining alongside David Kieske when the Board expanded from seven to nine members. She has been President and Chief Investment Officer of Dune Real Estate Partners, a New York City-based real estate investment firm, since 2007, and brings nearly 20 years of real estate investment experience. She previously served as a Trustee of Taubman Centers from 2016 to 2020 and holds an economics degree from Lafayette College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Daryl Carter has been a Kilroy Realty independent director since 2024 and serves as a financial expert on the Audit Committee. He is Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Avanath Capital Management, LLC, a real estate investment firm he founded in 2008, and brings more than 40 years of diverse real estate experience, including as Executive Managing Director of Centerline Capital Group and co-founder of Capri Capital. He holds an architecture degree from the University of Michigan and master's degrees in Architecture and Business Administration from MIT.

Jolie Hunt has been a Kilroy Realty independent director since 2015 and chairs the Compensation Committee. She is the Founder and CEO of Hunt & Gather, a marketing and communications agency she started in 2013, and brings 24 years of global marketing and communications experience, previously serving as Chief Marketing & Communications Officer for AOL and as a senior brand and public relations executive at Thomson Reuters and IBM. She holds a degree in Mass Communication from Boston University.

David Kieske was appointed an independent director of Kilroy Realty effective February 24, 2026 and serves as a financial expert on the Audit Committee. He has been Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of VICI Properties Inc. (NYSE: VICI), an S&P 500 REIT, since 2018, and previously was a Managing Director at Wells Fargo/Eastdil Secured from 2007 to 2017, bringing over 20 years of real estate finance and investment banking experience. He holds a managerial economics degree from UC Davis and an MBA from UCLA.

Louisa Ritter has been a Kilroy Realty independent director since 2020 and serves on the Audit, Compensation, and Governance committees. She has been President of Pisces, Inc., a San Francisco-based asset management firm, since 2016, and previously spent 2001 to 2015 at Goldman Sachs, most recently as a Managing Director in its Executive Office and President of Goldman Sachs Gives. She holds a bachelor's degree from Yale University and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Justin Smart was appointed President of Kilroy Realty effective March 2023 and has been with the company since 2000, previously serving as President, Development and Construction (2022-2023) and Executive Vice President, Development and Construction Services (2013-2022). Before joining Kilroy he was Vice President of Development with Intrawest Corporation from 1996 to 2000 and earlier Vice President of Construction with Kilroy Industries.

Jeffrey Kuehling was appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer effective August 2024 and additionally Treasurer in December 2024; the company disclosed on August 11, 2026 that he would be leaving Kilroy Realty in a termination without cause. Before joining Kilroy he served as Vice President and later Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy at Brixmor Property Group from 2018 to 2024, and held finance roles at RPT Realty and Retail Properties of America. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst.

A. Robert Paratte was appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Leasing Officer effective December 2022 and previously served from 2014 to 2022 as Executive Vice President, Head of Leasing and Business Development, overseeing leasing and business development across all of Kilroy's regions. Before joining the company he was managing director for global leasing and business development at Tishman Speyer from 2007 to 2013 and a partner at San Francisco-based William Wilson and Associates. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.

Eliott Trencher was appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Investment Officer effective December 2020 with responsibility for acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures, and additionally served as the company's Chief Financial Officer from February 2022 until August 2024. He joined Kilroy in 2017 as Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy after roles at Cohen & Steers (2008-2017), where he was an associate portfolio manager investing in U.S. REITs, and The Goldman Sachs Group (2005-2008). He holds an economics degree from New York University.
