Before joining Smucker, Brase spent roughly 30 years at The Procter & Gamble Company, rising to Senior Vice President and General Manager of P&G's North America Family Care business (brands including Charmin, Bounty, Puffs, and Pampers). He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri and an MBA from Saint Louis University. In April 2026 he was named Chief Executive Officer of Conagra Brands.
