Joan S. Hooper is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Itron, appointed to the role in June 2017. Before joining Itron, she was Chief Financial Officer of CHC Helicopter from 2011 to July 2015.
Ms. Hooper earlier held several executive finance positions at Dell, Inc. from 2003 to 2010, including Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for its Global Public and Americas business units, Vice President of Corporate Finance, and Chief Accounting Officer.
