Jerome J. Lande has served on Itron's Board since 2015 and sits on the Audit/Finance and Compensation Committees; he was initially appointed pursuant to a cooperation agreement with Coppersmith Capital Management, Scopia Management, and Mr. Lande. Since January 2026 he has been Managing Partner at Coppersmith Capital Management, LLC.
Mr. Lande has roughly 25 years of experience in financial strategy and equity investing. He most recently served as Deputy Chief Investment Officer and Managing Partner at Scopia Capital Management LP from April 2023 to January 2026, and has previously served on boards in the medical technology, pharmaceuticals, real estate, and insurance sectors.
