Vimal Kapur has served as Chief Executive Officer of Honeywell International Inc. since June 2023 and as Chairman of the Board since June 2024, having been elected to the Board in March 2023. He previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from July 2022 to June 2023, and earlier led Honeywell Performance Materials and Technologies, Honeywell Building Technologies, and Honeywell Process Solutions. He joined Honeywell in 1989 and has held multiple leadership roles across the Company over a tenure of more than 35 years.
Duncan B. Angove has served as Chief Executive Officer of Blue Yonder Group, Inc., a provider of digital supply chain and omnichannel commerce fulfillment cloud software, since July 2022. He previously was Managing Partner of Arcspring LLC from 2019 to 2022, President of Infor, Inc. from 2010 to 2018, and held leadership roles at Oracle Corporation and Retek Inc. He serves on Honeywell's Corporate Governance and Responsibility Committee and Management Development and Compensation Committee.
Craig Arnold is the former Chairman of the Board of Eaton Corporation plc and Chief Executive Officer of Eaton Corporation, a global intelligent power management company, where he joined in 2000 and held roles including President and Chief Operating Officer. William S. Ayer is the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Alaska Air Group, Inc., the parent company of Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air, where he served as CEO through 2012 and as Chairman through 2013. He began his aviation career with Horizon Air in 1982 and joined Alaska Airlines in 1995, becoming CEO in 2002 and Chairman in 2003. He serves as Honeywell's independent Lead Director and previously served on the board of Puget Energy, Inc.
D. Scott Davis is the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS), where he served as Chairman and CEO from January 2008 to September 2014 and earlier as Vice Chairman and as Senior Vice President, CFO, and Treasurer. He joined UPS in 1986 and previously was Chief Executive Officer of II Morrow Inc.; he is a Certified Public Accountant who chaired the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta board in 2009. He chairs Honeywell's Corporate Governance and Responsibility Committee and serves on the Audit Committee.
Deborah Flint has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Greater Toronto Airports Authority since April 2020, and previously was CEO of Los Angeles World Airports from 2015 to 2020 after 23 years at the Port of Oakland. She serves as a director on the Airport Council International World Board and has held roles on federal aviation advisory committees. Michael W. Lamach is the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Trane Technologies plc, which he led following its 2020 separation from Ingersoll-Rand, serving as Executive Chair until his retirement in December 2021. He held leadership roles after joining Ingersoll-Rand in 2004, including Chairman and CEO from June 2010 to February 2020, and earlier spent 17 years at Johnson Controls International. Indra K. Nooyi is the former Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo, Inc., serving from October 2006 to October 2018, and was Chair of the PepsiCo Board from May 2007 to February 2019. After joining PepsiCo in 1994, she held leadership roles in finance and corporate strategy and became President and CFO in 2001. She currently serves on the boards of Amazon.com, Inc. and Royal Philips, and is a member of Honeywell's Management Development and Compensation Committee.
Marc Steinberg has been a Partner at Elliott Investment Management L.P. since January 2024, responsible for public and private equity investments across a range of industries including the industrial sector, having served in various roles at Elliott since 2015. He previously worked at the investment bank Centerview Partners from 2012 to 2015. He currently serves on the boards of Pinterest Inc. and Etsy, Inc., and is a member of Honeywell's Audit Committee.
Robin Watson is the former Chief Executive Officer of John Wood Group PLC, an integrated engineering and consultancy company, serving from January 2016 to June 2022 after roles as Chief Operating Officer and earlier positions at Petrofac and Mobil Oil. He is Non-Executive Chair of Forth Ports Ltd. and a Non-Executive Director and Audit and Risk Committee Chair of the National Gas Transmission Board. A chartered mechanical engineer, he serves on Honeywell's Audit Committee.
Stephen Williamson served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. from August 2015 through March 31, 2026, having joined the company in 2001 and held progressive finance leadership roles. He previously served as Vice President and CFO, Asia-Pacific and in corporate development and operational finance roles for Honeywell, and began his career with Price Waterhouse. He is the incoming Chair of Honeywell's Audit Committee effective following the Annual Meeting.

James Currier serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Honeywell's Aerospace Technologies segment, and the Company announced he will serve as President and CEO of Honeywell Aerospace once that business is spun off as a standalone public company, expected in the third quarter of 2026. He is one of Honeywell's named executive officers and received a one-time equity award intended to safeguard leadership continuity through the completion of the planned separations.
James Masso was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Honeywell's Process Automation business, joining the Company on his hire date of July 14, 2025.
