Gilligan was Chief Executive Officer of Capella Education Company, an online education provider, from 2009 until August 2018, where he also served as a director and as Chairman. He then served as Executive Vice Chairman and later Vice Chairman of Strategic Education, Inc. through April 2023 following its merger with Capella, and earlier was President and CEO of United Subcontractors, Inc. and President and CEO of Honeywell International's Automation and Control Solutions business. He has been a Graco director since 2001 and has served as independent Chair of the Board since February 2024 and Chair of the Governance Committee.

Sheahan is President and CEO of Graco, a position he has held since June 2021, and the only non-independent director. He previously served as Graco's Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer (2018-2021), Vice President and General Manager of the Applied Fluid Technologies Division (2008-2018), Chief Administrative Officer (2005-2008), and Vice President and Treasurer (1998-2005), having joined the Company in 1995. He also serves as a director of Tennant Company and on the board of managers of Fernweh Group, LLC.

Morfitt is President and CEO of River Rock Partners, Inc., a business and cultural transformation consulting firm, a position held since 2008. She previously served as CEO of Airborne, Inc. (2009-2012) and President and CEO of CNS, Inc. (2001-2007), and was a Vice President at Pillsbury Company. She is a director and Executive Chair of lululemon athletica inc. and a director of Olaplex Holdings, Inc., and has been a Graco director since 1995.

Simon is Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of MasterBrand, Inc., a residential cabinet manufacturer, a position held since September 2020, including through its December 2022 spin-off from Fortune Brands Innovations. She was previously President of Weir Pressure Control North America of The Weir Group PLC and held finance, strategy, IT and global sourcing roles at Weir, and earlier worked at Briggs & Stratton Corporation and as a senior auditor at Arthur Andersen. She joined the Graco board in December 2025 and has been designated an audit committee financial expert.

Wheeler is Executive Chairman of A. O. Smith Corporation, a leading manufacturer of water heating equipment, a position held since July 2025 after serving as Chairman since May 2020. He served as President and CEO of A. O. Smith from September 2018 to June 2025, and previously as President and COO and in senior international roles spanning Europe, the Middle East and Asia, having joined A. O. Smith in 1994. He has been a Graco director since February 2020.

Anfang is President, Dairy Foods and Executive Vice President of Land O' Lakes, Inc., a position held since February 2024, where she has held a range of marketing, ecommerce and general management roles over more than two decades. She earlier held marketing, sales and client services roles at The Pillsbury Company and Information Resources, Inc., and serves on the boards of the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy and Milkweed Editions. She has been a Graco director since May 2023.

Black was CEO of SPS Commerce, Inc., a cloud-based supply chain management software company, from 2001 until his retirement in October 2023, and served as its Executive Chair through May 2024 and earlier as its CFO. He previously was Senior Vice President and CFO of Investment Advisors, Inc. and spent three years as an auditor at Price Waterhouse. He has served as a director of Proto Labs, Inc. since 2016, joined the Graco board in February 2023, and has been designated an audit committee financial expert.

Etchart was Senior Vice President, Business Development of The Manitowoc Company, Inc., a manufacturer of cranes and foodservice equipment, until his 2016 retirement, having earlier served as President of Manitowoc Cranes and in senior roles across Asia Pacific, and previously held management positions at Potain S.A. and PPM Cranes S.A. A French national with over twenty years of international management experience, he serves as a director of Alamo Group Inc. and as Chairman of WD-40 Company, and is an NACD Board Leadership Fellow. He has been a Graco director since 2010.

Feragen was Executive Vice President and CFO of Hormel Foods Corporation from 2010 until her retirement in 2016, having served in finance leadership roles at Hormel since 2005 and on its board of directors from 2007 to 2016. She also served on Patterson Companies, Inc.'s board from 2011 until April 2025. She has been a Graco director since 2015, chairs the Audit Committee, and is designated an audit committee financial expert.

Lowe is Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Graco and one of the Company's named executive officers for 2025.

Wordell is Executive Vice President and Chief Operations and Supply Chain Officer of Graco and one of the Company's named executive officers for 2025. She served as Executive Vice President, Operations through December 2024 before assuming her current role.

O'Shea is President of Graco's Global Industrial Division and one of the Company's named executive officers for 2025.

Banerjee is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Graco, a role she has held since joining the Company in May 2023, and one of the Company's named executive officers for 2025.

Humke is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Graco, serving as the Company's Secretary and the designated recipient of shareholder communications with the Board.

Laura L. Evanson became Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Graco in January 2024, having previously served as Executive Vice President, Marketing and in a series of marketing leadership roles for the Lubrication Equipment Division since joining the company in 2008.

Inge Grasdal became Executive Vice President, Corporate Development of Graco in January 2022. Before joining Graco he was Vice President Corporate Development at Ecolab and Senior Director Corporate Development at 3M, and earlier Vice President Investment Banking at Piper Jaffray & Co.

Christopher D. Knutson became Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Graco in January 2025, having served as the company's principal accounting officer since May 2023. He first joined Graco as Internal Audit Manager in 2008 and previously spent seven years in the audit practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Claudio Merengo became President, Global Powder Division of Graco in January 2025, having previously served as President, Worldwide Powder Division and as President, Worldwide Gema. He joined Gema in 1994, and Gema has been part of Graco since the 2012 acquisition of the ITW Finishing Group.

Kathryn L. Schoenrock became Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Graco in February 2024, having previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer and as Executive Vice President, Corporate Controller. She joined the company in 2012 after roles in the audit practices of Deloitte & Touche and Arthur Andersen.

David J. Thompson became President, Global Contractor Division of Graco in January 2025, having previously served as President, Worldwide Contractor Equipment Division and as Vice President of Engineering for that division. He joined the company in 1988.

Timothy R. White became President, Expansion Markets Division of Graco in January 2025, having previously served as President, Worldwide Process Division and in a series of sales, marketing and operations leadership roles since joining the company in 1992.

Sanjiv Gupta was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Graco, effective April 15, 2026, succeeding David M. Lowe. He currently serves as Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, GM International, at General Motors. Since joining General Motors in 2003, Mr. Gupta has held finance and operational roles of increasing responsibility, including Executive Director, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis, from 2019 to 2023; President and Managing Director, GM India, from 2017 to 2019; Chief Financial Officer, GM Holden, from 2018 to 2019; and Chief Financial Officer, GM India and GM South East Asia, from 2016 to 2018.
