Thomas McConnon

Goosehead's official site states that Thomas McConnon has served on the Board of Directors since February 2022 and is the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Economist of Whitebark Investors LP, an investment firm with a portfolio of public and private companies. Before Whitebark he was Head of Public Equities and Chief Economist at Wildcat Capital, and earlier was a founding investment partner at Indaba Capital Management from 2010 to 2018.

The site adds that from 2004 to 2010 he was a principal at TPG Capital, where he focused on large-scale private equity investing, sat on the boards of Sabre Holdings and Creative Artists Agency (CAA), and advised the board of Mammoth Mountain Ski Area; before TPG he worked at Bain Capital and The Boston Consulting Group. He holds an AB magna cum laude from Harvard University and an MBA from Stanford University, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
