Eric Branderiz has served as an independent director of Fortive since 2023, sitting on the Audit and Compensation Committees, and has contributed to the Board's oversight of artificial intelligence governance and of sustainability reporting and climate-related risk. He will not stand for re-election and will retire from the Board as of the 2026 Annual Meeting.
He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Enphase Energy, Inc., a semiconductor and renewable energy technology company, from 2018 to 2022, and as Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller of Tesla, Inc. from 2016 to 2018. Earlier he was Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of SunPower Corporation from 2010 to 2016, and held senior roles at Knowledge Learning Corporation, Spansion, Inc. and Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
