Envista Holdings Corp Leadership

Wendy Carruthers has served as a director of Envista since 2019 and chairs the Compensation Committee. She spent more than two decades in human resources leadership at Boston Scientific Corporation, most recently as Executive Vice President of Human Resources from 2022 to 2025.

Kieran T. Gallahue has served as a director of Envista since 2019 and chairs the Nominating and Governance Committee. He was previously Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CareFusion Corporation and Chief Executive Officer of ResMed Inc., and he currently serves on the board of Edwards Lifesciences Corporation.

Scott Huennekens has served as a director of Envista since 2019, served as Chairman of the Board until August 2026, and became Lead Independent Director effective August 19, 2026. He was previously President, CEO and Chairman of Verb Surgical, Inc. and President and CEO of Volcano Corporation, and he currently serves on the boards of QuidelOrtho Corporation and NeuroPace, Inc.

Vivek Jain has served as a director of Envista since 2020 and sits on the Compensation and Finance Committees. He has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ICU Medical, Inc. since 2014, and previously held senior roles at CareFusion Corporation and Cardinal Health, Inc.

J. Andrew Pierce has served as a director of Envista since 2025 and sits on the Audit Committee. He is Group President, MedSurg and Neurotechnology at Stryker Corporation, where he has held a series of senior leadership roles since 1996.

Daniel A. Raskas has served as a director of Envista since 2019 and sits on the Finance and Nominating and Governance Committees. He was Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at Danaher Corporation from 2010 to April 2025 and was previously a Managing Director at Thayer Capital Partners.

Christine Tsingos has served as a director of Envista since 2019 and chairs the Audit Committee. She was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. from 2002 to 2019 and currently serves on the board of Varex Imaging Corporation.

Paul Keel joined Envista in May 2024 as President and Chief Executive Officer and a director, and was appointed Chair of the Board effective August 19, 2026. He previously served as CEO of Smiths Group plc from 2021 to 2024 and spent nearly two decades at 3M Company in senior leadership roles, including Group President of the Consumer Business Group.

Eric Hammes joined Envista in July 2024 and became Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective August 8, 2024. He was previously Vice President, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis at Rockwell Automation, and before that spent more than 25 years at 3M Company in senior finance and operating roles, including SVP Controller and Chief Accounting Officer.

Mark Nance has served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Envista since September 2019. He was previously Chief Legal Officer of INSYS Therapeutics, Inc. and Senior Vice President and Global General Counsel of Mylan N.V., and earlier served as General Counsel of GE Healthcare's Medical Diagnostics and Life Sciences businesses.

Veronica Acurio joined Envista in August 2024 as President, Orthodontics, leading the Ormco business. She previously served as Senior Vice President of the Medical Solution Division at Solventum Corporation and as President of 3M's $5 billion Medical Solutions Division.

Robert Befidi joined Envista in August 2023 as President, Diagnostics, overseeing the company's intraoral scanning, imaging and DTX businesses. He was previously President of 3M Company's Separation and Purification Sciences Division and held several senior roles across the 3M Health Care Business Group.
