Mr. Weaver served as President, Water & Protection of DuPont from September 2021 until November 1, 2025 and was a named executive officer for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2025, 2024 and 2023. Per DuPont, he led the company's global, roughly $6 billion Water & Protection business — home to brands including Kevlar, Nomex, Tyvek, Corian Design, Great Stuff, Styrofoam and FilmTec — overseeing 34 manufacturing sites and about 7,000 employees.
He left the position effective November 1, 2025 in connection with DuPont's Electronics separation, a departure treated as a separation from service without cause under the DuPont Senior Executive Severance Plan. Following DuPont's March 17, 2025 announcement he served in the interim as President of the Diversified Solutions businesses (Shelter Solutions, Aramids, the retained Mobility & Materials businesses, and former Industrial Solutions lines including Printing & Packaging, Molykote and Vespel). Per DuPont, Mr. Weaver joined the company in 2003 as an engineer and previously served as Vice President, Investor Relations, holding leadership roles of increasing responsibility across manufacturing, strategy, marketing and sales, and finance.
