Doximity, Inc. Leadership

Jeff Tangney is the co-founder of Doximity and has served as its Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors since the company's inception in April 2010. He previously co-founded Epocrates, Inc., a mobile medical reference app company, in 1999 and held management positions there through 2010, most recently as president and chief operating officer. He holds a B.S. in Economics and Math from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Kevin Spain has served on Doximity's board of directors since March 2011 and is a general partner of Emergence Capital Partners, a venture capital firm he joined in 2006. Earlier he worked in corporate development at Microsoft and Electronic Arts and co-founded Madison.com, Inc. He previously served on the board of Veeva Systems from 2008 to 2014 and holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Phoebe L. Yang has served on Doximity's board of directors since August 2022. She was General Manager of Amazon Web Services, Healthcare from 2020 to 2022 and earlier served as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Architect for Population Health at Ascension Health. She currently serves on the boards of GE HealthCare Technologies and CommonSpirit Health and is a Lecturer in Law at Stanford Law School; she holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from Stanford Law School.

Dr. Regina Benjamin has served on Doximity's board of directors since September 2020. She was appointed the 18th United States Surgeon General in 2009 and served in that role from November 2009 to August 2013, and she is the founder and chief executive officer of BayouClinic, Inc., with approximately 30 years of experience as a practicing family physician. She holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Xavier University of Louisiana, an M.D. from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and an M.B.A. from Tulane University.

Kira Wampler has served on Doximity's board of directors since March 2020. She is co-founder of the wellness platform Amara and previously served as chief executive officer of Art.com, chief marketing officer of Lyft, and chief marketing officer of Trulia. She holds a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Timothy Cabral has served on Doximity's board of directors since September 2020. He was chief financial officer of Veeva Systems from 2010 to 2020, taking the company through its initial public offering, and returned as Veeva's interim chief financial officer in April 2024. He also serves on the boards of ServiceTitan and Veeva and holds a B.S. in Finance and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University.

Anna Bryson served as Doximity's Chief Financial Officer from February 2021 until her departure in April 2026. She joined the company in August 2017 and held various finance roles, most recently VP of Strategic Finance, Financial Planning, and Analysis, and earlier founded and led the investment advisory firm ACB Capital. She holds a B.A. and an M.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford.

Sid Sitaram has served as Doximity's Chief Accounting Officer since January 2026 and served as interim principal financial officer and interim principal accounting officer from February to June 2026 while the CFO was on medical leave. He joined Doximity in November 2020 as VP, Corporate Controller and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Finance & Accounting in May 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Delhi University and is a Chartered Accountant (India) and a Certified Public Accountant (California).

John T. Vaughan has served as Doximity's General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer since August 2025. He was previously a partner at Holland & Knight LLP and, before that, senior legal counsel at Verily Life Sciences, an Alphabet subsidiary, where he also served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Verily subsidiary Granular Insurance. He holds a B.A. from McGill University and a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law.

Jennifer Chaloemtiarana served as Doximity's General Counsel from August 2020 to August 2025 and remained an advisor to the company until her departure in November 2025. She was previously Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Rodan & Fields and, before that, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Privacy Officer of Castlight Health. She holds a B.S. from Cornell University and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.

Matthew Sonefeldt has served as Doximity's Chief Financial Officer since May 2026. He was previously Head of Investor Relations at Docusign from December 2024 to April 2026 and earlier held leadership roles at Atlassian, including Vice President of Investor Relations, and served as Head of Investor Relations at LinkedIn. He holds a B.A. from UCLA and an M.B.A. from Presidio Graduate School.

Dr. Steven L. Zatz has served as Doximity's President since May 2026. He was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of HealthCentral Corporation from 2022 to 2025 and spent two decades at WebMD Health Corp., serving as its President and Chief Executive Officer from 2013 to 2019. He received his M.D. from Cornell University Medical College and his undergraduate degree from Yale College.
