Before joining the Company he was Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Corporate Risk Holdings from May 2009 to December 2018, and earlier a corporate attorney at Latham & Watkins LLP and Jones Day, LLP focused on M&A and financing transactions. He earned a JD from Duke University School of Law and a BS from Florida State University.
