Andrew Grimmig has served as DoubleVerify's Chief Legal Officer since March 2020 and is also its General Counsel and Secretary. Before joining the Company he was Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Corporate Risk Holdings from May 2009 to December 2018, and earlier a corporate attorney at Latham & Watkins LLP and Jones Day, LLP focused on M&A and financing transactions. He earned a JD from Duke University School of Law and a BS from Florida State University.
