Bradley J. Pogalz is Chief Financial Officer of Donaldson Company, effective November 1, 2024, succeeding Scott Robinson. At the time of his appointment he was serving as Vice President Finance - Global FP&A, EMEA Finance, a position he had held since November 2022.
Pogalz joined Donaldson in 2015 and has held various positions, including Vice President Finance - Global FP&A, EMEA Finance; Finance Director - Europe, Middle East and Africa; and Director of Investor Relations. Prior to joining the Company, he was Senior Group Manager, Investor Relations for Target Corporation from 2012 to 2015, and earlier held various FP&A positions at Target Corporation from 2007 to 2012.
