Travis D. Stice has served as a director of Diamondback since November 2012 and as Chairman of the Board since February 2022. He served as the Company's Chief Executive Officer from January 2012 to May 2025, transitioned to Executive Chairman in May 2025, and became non-executive Chairman effective May 20, 2026 following the 2026 Annual Meeting. He also served as CEO of Diamondback's publicly traded subsidiary Viper Energy from 2014 to 2025 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Kaes Van't Hof is Diamondback's Chief Executive Officer, a role he assumed in May 2025 after succeeding Travis Stice, and has served as a director since May 2025. He previously served as the Company's President from February 2022 to May 2025 and as Chief Financial Officer from February 2022 to February 2025, having joined Diamondback in July 2016. He is also CEO of Viper Energy and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Vincent 'Vince' Brooks has served as a director of Diamondback since April 2020. A career Army officer, he served for over 42 years and retired from active duty in 2019 as a four-star general, and has been a principal of WestExec Advisors LLC since 2020. He also serves on the board of Amentum Holdings, Inc. and previously served on the boards of Jacobs Solutions and Verisk Analytics.

Darin G. Holderness has served as a director of Diamondback since February 2025 and is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive energy-sector finance and accounting experience. He served as CFO of ProPetro Holding Corp. from 2019 to 2020 and as SVP, CFO and Treasurer of Concho Resources from 2008 to 2016. He began his career at KPMG and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Boise State University.

Rebecca A. Klein has served as a director of Diamondback since July 2022 and is Principal of Klein Energy, LLC, an energy consulting firm. She previously served as Chairman of the Public Utility Commission of Texas and sits on the boards of Avista Corporation and H2O America. She is a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force Reserve and holds degrees from Stanford, Georgetown, MIT, and St. Mary's University School of Law.

Stephanie K. Mains has served as a director of Diamondback since April 2020 and chairs the audit committee. She has over 30 years of experience across the aviation, energy and transportation industries, including leadership roles at GE Energy and as President and CEO of GE/ABB Industrial Solutions. She currently serves on the boards of Gates Industrial Corporation and LCI Industries and holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Kentucky.

Charles A. Meloy has served as a director of Diamondback since September 2024. He previously served as President and CEO of Endeavor Energy Resources from 2016 until his retirement in 2020, and earlier as EVP of U.S. Onshore Exploration and Production at Anadarko Petroleum. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Mark L. Plaumann has served as a director of Diamondback since October 2012 and is a Managing Member of Greyhawke Capital Advisors LLC, which he co-founded in 1998. He was formerly a Managing Director of Alvarez & Marsal and President of American Healthcare Management, and serves on the board of Mammoth Energy Services. He holds an M.B.A. and B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.

Robert K. Reeves has served as a director of Diamondback since September 2024. He spent 14 years as EVP and Chief Administrative Officer of Anadarko Petroleum before retiring in 2018, and previously served as EVP, General Counsel and Secretary of Ocean Energy. He received his business administration and law degrees from Louisiana State University.

Lance W. Robertson has served as a director of Diamondback since September 2024. He was CEO of Endeavor Energy Resources until its merger with Diamondback closed in September 2024, having joined Endeavor as COO in 2017, and previously held senior roles at Marathon Oil and Pioneer Natural Resources. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.

Melanie M. Trent has served as a director of Diamondback since April 2018 and is the board's Lead Independent Director. She previously held various legal, administrative and compliance roles at Rowan Companies plc, including EVP, General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer. She serves on the boards of Arcosa, Inc. and Hyliion Holdings Corp. and holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.

Frank D. Tsuru has served as a director of Diamondback since July 2022 and is CEO and a board member of Momentum Midstream, LLC, which he co-founded in 2004. He previously served as CEO of Indigo Natural Resources until its 2021 acquisition by Southwestern Energy, and founded several upstream and midstream energy companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Kansas.

Steven E. West has served as a director of Diamondback since December 2011 and served as the Company's CEO from 2009 to 2011 and Chairman from 2012 to 2022. He was a partner at Wexford Capital LP focusing on private-equity energy investments and has served as Chairman of Viper Energy since 2014. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University, Chico.

Jere W. Thompson III has served as Diamondback's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since February 2025, having joined the Company as Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development in March 2021. He previously held finance and planning leadership roles at Concho Resources. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Texas at Austin.

Teresa L. Dick has served as Diamondback's Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since March 2019, having joined the Company as Corporate Controller in November 2007 and previously served as its CFO from 2009 to 2019. She is also CFO of Viper Energy and a director of Bank7 Corp. She is a certified public accountant with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado.

Daniel N. Wesson has served as Diamondback's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since February 2022, having joined the Company as an Operations Engineer in February 2012 and held roles of increasing responsibility including EVP of Operations. He previously worked in operations and engineering roles at BOPCO L.P. and ConocoPhillips. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University.

Matt Zmigrosky has served as Diamondback's Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer and Secretary since February 2023, having joined the Company as EVP, General Counsel and Secretary in February 2019. He was previously a corporate partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where he worked extensively with Diamondback. He holds a finance degree from Tulane University and a Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
