Keith Gubbay has served as an independent director of Corebridge Financial and a Nippon Life designee since 2025, sitting on the Risk Committee. He was Chief Executive Officer of Resolution Life US Holdings Inc. from 2017 to 2024 and its President and Chief Actuarial Officer from 2013 to 2017.
Earlier he was Chief Actuary of Sun Life Financial (2010-2012) and of Sun Life Financial, U.S. (2004-2010), and held various executive positions at ING Americas from 1998 to 2004, including Executive Vice President, Corporate Development; Chief Actuary; and President and CEO, Investment Products Distribution.
