Christina Banthin served as a member of the Corebridge Financial Board of Directors as a designee of American International Group, Inc. (AIG) from 2024. She has been Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary of AIG since 2024 and previously served as AIG's Associate General Counsel, Separation Initiatives from 2021 to 2022, and as Corebridge Financial's Chief Corporate Counsel and Corporate Secretary from 2022 to 2023.
Earlier she was a Managing Director and held various positions at Equitable Financial Life Insurance Company from 1998 to 2021 and was an Associate at Coopers & Lybrand LLP from 1994 to 1998. She resigned from the Board effective as of the close of business on November 17, 2025 following AIG's reduction of the number of directors it was entitled to designate; her resignation was not related to any disagreement with the Company.
