Adam Burk served as a member of the Corebridge Financial Board of Directors as a designee of American International Group, Inc. (AIG) from 2021. He has been AIG's Global Treasurer and Head of Corporate Development, Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions since 2021, after serving in General Insurance Corporate Development (2018-2021), as Chief Financial Officer of Global Operations (2016-2018) and in other senior corporate development and capital strategy roles.

Before AIG he was a Vice President in Financial Institutions Investment Banking at Citigroup (2010-2013), an investment banker at Nomura (2009-2010) and Morgan Stanley (2007-2009), and an associate at Latham & Watkins (2003-2007). He resigned from the Board effective as of the close of business on March 23, 2026 following the Company's February 2026 repurchase of common stock from AIG and AIG's subsequent waiver of its board-designation rights; his resignation was not related to any disagreement with the Company.
