Rochow is the President and CEO of CMS Energy and Consumers Energy, a role he has held since 2020. Soto is the CEO of Apogee Executive Advisors, a consulting firm focused on Technology Risk, CyberSecurity, Technology Integrations, AI Utilization and Integration, and Enterprise Risk Management, a role she has held since 2021. She brings more than 30 years of focused information technology and security experience from a variety of industries, including financial services, hospitality, insurance, gaming, and entertainment, and previously served as Global Chief Information Security Officer at Comcast Corp.

Sznewajs is a Partner on the Industrial Platform at Shore Capital, a private equity fund, since 2023, and previously served as Vice President and CFO of Masco Corporation, a branded building products company, from 2007 to 2023. He has more than 25 years of experience in business and corporate development, with extensive background in financial matters and enterprise-wide strategy.

Tanski is the retired President and CEO of National Fuel Gas Company, a diversified energy company, where he served from 2013 to 2019. He brings more than 40 years of experience in both the regulated and non-regulated gas business, and having begun his career as an attorney with National Fuel, the Board benefits from his legal knowledge and experience.

Wright is the retired Senior Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Southwest Airlines Co., a passenger airline, where she served from 2004 to 2012, and has served as Presiding Director since 2024. An active certified public accountant in the state of Texas, she brings extensive technical expertise and experience in financial accounting and reporting, corporate finance and risk management.

Hayes serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CMS Energy and Consumers Energy. He is a named executive officer in the company's 2026 proxy statement, with total reported compensation of $4,086,887 for 2025.
