Rosemary Crane served as a Certara director from 2022 and on the Compensation Committee; she was not renominated for the Class III slate and her service concluded at the May 14, 2026 annual meeting. She was President and CEO of MELA Sciences and of Epocrates, held senior executive positions at Johnson & Johnson from 2002 to 2008 and at Bristol-Myers Squibb from 1982 to 2002, and has served on the board of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries. She holds an MBA from Kent State University and a B.A. from the State University of New York.
