Ms. West has served as Chief Enterprise Risk Officer since September 2023, responsible for oversight of Capital One's risk management activities in compliance, operational, reputation and strategic risk, and the enterprise risk management function. She has been with Capital One since 2013. She previously served as Senior Vice President and Card Chief Risk Officer from November 2017 to August 2021 and as Chief Audit Officer from August 2021 to September 2023.
