Ms. Karam has served as President, Retail Bank since August 2022, focused on products, capabilities and customer experiences that drive business growth and customer loyalty. She joined Capital One in July 2006. Her prior roles include Vice President of Consumer Lending to Retail Bank Customers, Managing Vice President of Consumer Bank Products, Senior Vice President and Head of Small Business Banking, Chief Audit Officer from June 2018 to July 2021, and Chief Operating Officer, Card from August 2021 to August 2022.
