Ms. Disbrow has 40 years of national security experience across government and the private sector and serves as the independent Chair of CACI's Board. She retired as the 25th Under Secretary of the United States Air Force in June 2017, having also briefly served as Acting Secretary of the Air Force and previously as Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Financial Management and Comptroller. She currently serves on the boards of Mercury Systems, Inc. and BlackBerry Limited, where she chairs the Audit Committee, and previously served on the board of Perspecta Inc through its 2021 acquisition. She is a Senior Fellow at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab and chairs the board of the National Defense Industrial Association.
Ms. Gordon has more than 30 years of leadership experience in the Intelligence Community, focused on complex policy, risk and cybersecurity issues. She was sworn in as the fifth Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence in August 2017, serving until August 2019, and previously served as Deputy Director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency from 2015 to 2017 after 27 years at the Central Intelligence Agency. She serves as a board member of BlackSky Technology Inc., BCore and Freedom Consulting, and serves on the board of the MITRE Corporation as Vice Chairman.
Mr. Jews is a senior business and healthcare executive with over 25 years of CEO and C-suite experience leading organizational growth and mergers and acquisitions. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of CareFirst, Inc. from January 1998 to December 2006, and earlier led CareFirst of Maryland, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Delaware and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Maryland. He previously served as Lead Independent Director and Chairman of The Ryland Group and as Lead Director of the CalAtlantic Group, and is currently a director of Choice Hotels International, Inc.
Mr. McCarthy has extensive experience at the most senior levels of the Department of Defense. He served as the 24th United States Secretary of the Army from September 2019 through January 2021, after serving as the 33rd Undersecretary of the Army from August 2017. Prior to that, he held sequential vice president roles at Lockheed Martin Corporation responsible for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program and served as Special Assistant to Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates. He serves on the boards of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and the National Medal of Honor Museum Foundation.
Mr. Mengucci has been President and Chief Executive Officer of CACI International Inc since July 1, 2019, and brings deep experience leading systems, solutions and services businesses. He joined CACI as Chief Operating Officer of U.S. Operations in February 2012, later serving as Chief Operating Officer and President of U.S. Operations and then Chief Operating Officer. Before CACI, he was President of Lockheed Martin Corporation's Information Systems and Global Solutions Civil Product Line and earlier its Defense Line. He serves on the board of the Northern Virginia Technology Council and is vice chair of Clarkson University's Board of Trustees.
Mr. Morrison brings leadership experience and financial expertise gained as Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded multinational corporation and in senior corporate banking roles. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ball Corporation from 2021 to 2023, having held CFO and treasury roles there since 2000, and most recently served as a Senior Advisor to Ball Corporation from September 2023 to 2024. He currently serves as a director for Sensient Technologies Corporation.
Mr. Nolan has extensive operating experience in the public sector technology marketplace along with venture capital, corporate finance and private equity investment experience. He has served as a Managing Director at Blue Delta Capital Partners, a growth capital firm focused on the U.S. federal government technology marketplace, since October 2018. He serves as chairman of the board of GovCIO LLC and as a board member for MAG Aerospace and Capgemini Government Solutions, and previously served as Chairman and CEO of Stanley Inc. from 2002 to 2010 and as a director of Perspecta Inc through its 2021 acquisition.
Ms. Plunkett brings more than 30 years of national security experience in cybersecurity and information assurance from senior leadership positions at the National Security Agency. She served as the NSA's Director of Information Assurance from April 2010 to November 2014 and Deputy Director of Information Assurance from 2008 to 2010, and served on the National Security Council under Presidents Clinton and George W. Bush. She currently serves on the boards of Nationwide Insurance, BlueVoyant and Mercury Systems, and is a professor in the cybersecurity graduate program at the University of Maryland.
Mr. Sloane has held prior leadership roles in the aerospace and defense industry spanning business development, program management and CEO experience. He served as President and CEO of Frequency Electronics, Inc. from May 2018 to July 2022, as President and CEO of Comtech Telecommunications Corp. from 2015 to 2016, and as President and CEO of SRA International from 2007 to 2011. He also served as Executive Vice President of Lockheed Martin's Integrated Systems & Solutions and began his career at General Electric Aerospace in 1984.
Mr. Szews has extensive manufacturing, technology, financial and M&A experience from over 20 years in COO, CFO, CEO and Chairman roles serving defense and commercial customers. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Oshkosh Corporation from 2012 to 2015, having also served as President and CEO, President and COO, and Executive Vice President and CFO at Oshkosh, and earlier held executive positions at Fort Howard Corporation and was an auditor with Ernst & Young. He currently serves as a director for Commercial Metals Company and as Chair of the board of Group 1 Automotive, Inc.
Mr. MacLauchlan has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of CACI International Inc since November 2022. He joined CACI as Senior Vice President, Finance in May 2022, and previously served as Senior Vice President at Rockwell Collins from April 2014 to December 2018 and held roles at Lockheed Martin Corporation from 1982 to 2014.
Ms. Gray has served as President, U.S. Operations of CACI International Inc since July 2024. She previously served as President of CACI's Business and Information Technology Solutions Sector from July 2019 to July 2024 and as President of U.S. Operations from 2017 to 2019. Before CACI, she was President of the Intelligence & Security Sector for BAE Systems, Inc. from 2012 to 2017 and a Vice President at Lockheed Martin from 2007 to 2012.
Mr. Koegel has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary of CACI International Inc since March 2014. Prior to joining CACI, he was with the law firm Steptoe & Johnson from 1981 to March 2014, serving as a Partner from 1987.
Ms. Weir has served as Chief Executive of CACI Limited and President, U.K. Operations since 2025. She previously served as Managing Director of CACI Limited from January 2020, and as Senior Vice President of the Integrated Marketing Group from January 1998 to January 2020.
