CACI purchased substantially all of the assets of ISS.
The Wexford Group International is an employee-owned firm headquartered in Vienna, Virginia, whose management and technical consulting services include solutions for acquisition management and operations support to defense customers.
CACI acquired the Systems Engineering and Acquisition Support Services Business Unit (SE&A BU) of CSRA LLC, a managed affiliate of General Dynamics Information Technology. The unit is a highly specialized provider of comprehensive engineering services to the U.S. Navy, with a workforce of roughly 960 credentialed professionals, more than 89 percent of whom hold security clearances.
