Cable One, Inc. Leadership

P. Robert Bartolo has served as a Cable One director since 2023 and sits on the Audit and the Nominating and Governance committees. He is chair of the board of directors of Crown Castle Inc., a role he has held since May 2022, and has been a Crown Castle director since February 2014. Earlier he was a Vice President of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and a portfolio manager in its U.S. Equity Division from March 2005 to January 2014, where he also served as Executive Vice President of the U.S. Growth Stock Fund and chairman of that fund's Investment Advisory Committee.

Brad D. Brian has been a Cable One director since 2015 and serves on the Compensation and Talent Management and the Nominating and Governance committees. He is a national trial lawyer and Chair of the law firm Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP, where he has practiced for more than 40 years, and is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. He was named a “Litigator of the Year” by The American Lawyer in 2016.

James A. Holanda has served as Cable One's Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors since February 16, 2026, succeeding Julia M. Laulis. Prior to joining Cable One he was CEO of Astound Broadband from 2011 to 2025 and President and CEO of Patriot Media Consulting, LLC from 2011 to February 2026, and earlier held senior positions at Choice Cable TV of Puerto Rico, Patriot Media of Central New Jersey, Charter Communications, Inc. and Comcast Corporation. He brings more than 35 years of experience in the cable and broadband industry.

Deborah J. Kissire has been a Cable One director since 2015 and serves on the Audit Committee. She retired as a partner of Ernst & Young LLP in July 2015 after a 36-year career, having served most recently as EY's Vice Chair and East Central Region Managing Partner and a member of the Americas Executive Board. She also serves on the boards of Axalta Coating Systems Ltd. and Celanese Corporation.

Mary E. Meduski has been a Cable One director since 2019 and became independent (non-executive) Chair of the Board in January 2026 after serving as Lead Independent Director from May 2023 through December 2025. She has served as President and Chief Financial Officer and a director of TierPoint, LLC, a national provider of IT and data center services, since December 2015, and also serves as President and CFO of its management company Cequel III, LLC. Earlier she was Executive Vice President and CFO of Suddenlink Communications from 2006 until 2015.

Sherrese M. Smith has been a Cable One director since 2020 and serves on the Audit and the Nominating and Governance committees. She has been a corporate partner at the law firm Paul Hastings LLP since August 2013 and currently serves as its Global Managing Partner, counseling technology, media and telecommunications companies on complex transactions, regulatory investigations and emerging technologies. Earlier she was Chief Counsel to FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski from July 2009 to June 2013 and Vice President and General Counsel of Washington Post Digital from July 2002 to July 2009.

Wallace R. Weitz has been a Cable One director since 2015 and serves on the Audit, the Compensation and Talent Management, and the Executive committees. He founded the investment management firm Weitz Investment Management, Inc. in 1983 and has served in roles including Chief Investment Officer, President and Portfolio Manager, and has been a Trustee of the Weitz Funds since 1986. He also serves as a director of Berkshire Hathaway Inc.

Katharine B. Weymouth has been a Cable One director since 2015 and serves on the Compensation and Talent Management and the Nominating and Governance committees. She is a venture partner at Blu Ventures Investors and an Adjunct Professor of Media and Law at George Washington University's School of Media and Public Affairs, and previously served as Publisher and CEO of The Washington Post from 2008 through the end of 2014. More recently she was a Senior Advisor at, and formerly COO of, Togetherly Parents (formerly FamilyCare) and COO and CEO of The Chef Market (formerly dineXpert).

Julia M. Laulis served as Cable One's Chair of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer until she retired from those roles effective December 31, 2025, and she resigned from the Board as of the same date. Under a Retirement Agreement and General Release of Claims entered into on May 29, 2025, she remains with the company as a senior advisor through January 3, 2027 to support the leadership transition. She was Cable One's most highly compensated named executive officer for fiscal 2025, with total reported compensation of $10,159,056.

Kenneth E. Johnson has served as Cable One's Chief Operating Officer since March 1, 2024. He joined Cable One in 2017 as Vice President, Northeast Division following the company's acquisition of NewWave, and subsequently served as Senior Vice President, Technology Services (2018–2022), Chief Technology and Digital Officer (2023) and Chief Technology and Innovation Officer (2023–2024). Before Cable One he was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer of NewWave and Chief Technology Officer for SureWest Communications and Everest Connections.

Todd M. Koetje has served as Cable One's Chief Financial Officer since July 2022, and additionally served as Interim Chief Executive Officer from January 1, 2026 through February 15, 2026 during the CEO transition. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Business Development and Finance from August 2021 through June 2022. Prior to joining Cable One he was Managing Director and Group Head of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Leveraged Finance team at Truist Securities.

Megan M. Detz has served as Cable One's Chief People Officer since October 2023. She joined Cable One following the Hargray acquisition in May 2021 and served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources through September 2023. Before Cable One she was Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Administration at Hargray, Chief People Officer at VARIDESK and Senior Vice President, Human Capital at NTT DATA, Inc.

Anthony J. Mokry has served as Cable One's Senior Vice President, Residential Services since October 2024. Before joining Cable One he was Chief Marketing Officer at Cricket Communications, a subsidiary of AT&T, from 2021 to 2024, and held various senior positions at AT&T, including Vice President, Gulf States, from 2018 to 2021, having joined AT&T in 1996. He has more than 25 years of telecommunications industry experience.

Christopher J. Arntzen has served as Cable One's Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since January 2025. He previously served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Secretary from January 2024 to January 2025, Associate General Counsel and Secretary from August 2023 to January 2024, and Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary from May 2021 to August 2023. Before joining Cable One he was Deputy General Counsel of ZoomInfo Technologies Inc. from May 2020 to May 2021 and earlier practiced law at Baker Botts L.L.P. for over 13 years as an associate and a partner.
