Henry Samueli co-founded Broadcom Corporation in 1991 and has served as a director of Broadcom Inc. since February 2016 and as Chairman of the Board since 2018.
He served as Broadcom's Chief Technical Officer from February 2016 to December 2018, and held executive roles at Broadcom Corporation including Chief Technical Officer (1991-2008 and 2009-2016). He is a Professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at UCLA (since 1985) and a Distinguished Adjunct Professor at UC Irvine, and co-owner of the NHL's Anaheim Ducks since 2005.
