Hock E. Tan has served as Broadcom's President and CEO since March 2006 and has been a director since 2006. He was previously President and CEO of Integrated Circuit Systems, Inc. from 1999 until its 2005 acquisition by Integrated Device Technology, and held senior finance roles at Commodore International, PepsiCo and General Motors. He also serves as a director of Meta Platforms, Inc.

Henry Samueli co-founded Broadcom Corporation in 1991 and served as its Chief Technical Officer across multiple periods before its acquisition by Avago Technologies. He has been a Broadcom Inc. director since February 2016 and Chairman of the Board since 2018, and served as the company's Chief Technical Officer from February 2016 to December 2018. He is a Professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at UCLA and co-owner of the NHL's Anaheim Ducks.

Diane M. Bryant has served as a Broadcom director since 2019. She was Chief Executive Officer of NovaSignal Corp. from January 2020 to July 2023 and Chief Operating Officer of Google Cloud at Alphabet Inc. from December 2017 to July 2018, after holding executive leadership roles at Intel Corporation including Group President and EVP/GM of the Data Center Group. She also serves as a director of Haemonetics Corporation and Jacobs Solutions Inc.

Gayla J. Delly has served as a Broadcom director since 2017 and chairs the Audit Committee. She was President and CEO of Benchmark Electronics Inc. from 2012 to 2016, having previously served there as President, EVP and CFO, and Corporate Controller and Treasurer. A certified public accountant, she also serves as a director of Flowserve Corporation and Littelfuse, Inc.

Kenneth Y. Hao has served as a Broadcom director since February 2024. He has been Chairman and Managing Partner of the global technology investment firm Silver Lake since December 2019, having joined the firm in 2000, and earlier held roles including Managing Director at Hambrecht & Quist from 1990 to 1999. He has served on the boards of SolarWinds, Splunk, NortonLifeLock and SMART Global Holdings.

Check Kian Low has served as a Broadcom director since 2016. He is a founding partner and director of NewSmith Capital Partners LLP (since 2003) and an owner and director of Cluny Capital Limited (since 2007), and previously held senior positions at Merrill Lynch & Co. including Chairman for the Asia Pacific Region.

Justine F. Page has served as a Broadcom director since 2019 and sits on the Audit Committee. She was Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Integrated Circuit Systems, Inc. from 1999 until its 2005 acquisition by Integrated Device Technology. She previously served as a director of Broadcom Limited, SunEdison Semiconductor and Avago Technologies.

Harry L. You has served as a Broadcom director since 2019 and chairs the Compensation Committee. He was CFO and President of GTY Technology Holdings from 2016, an Executive Vice President in the Office of the Chairman at EMC Corporation from 2008 to 2016, CEO of BearingPoint, and EVP and CFO of Oracle Corporation. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Rain Enhancement Technologies Holdco, Inc.

Charlie B. Kawwas has served as President of Broadcom's Semiconductor Solutions Group since July 11, 2022, overseeing the company's broad semiconductor portfolio, worldwide semiconductor sales and global operations. He was previously the company's Chief Operating Officer. He is a named executive officer of Broadcom.

Mark D. Brazeal serves as Broadcom's Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer and is a named executive officer of the company. He is responsible for Broadcom's legal and corporate affairs functions.

Amie Thuener was appointed Broadcom's Chief Financial Officer effective June 12, 2026, succeeding Kirsten M. Spears. She previously served as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Alphabet Inc. since 2018, after holding several senior finance positions at Alphabet from 2013 to 2018 and at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1996 to 2012. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
