Paige Ross is Global Head of Human Resources, overseeing Human Resources and the Strategic Incentives Group and directing the firm's talent strategy across recruiting, development, evaluation and compensation. She joined Blackstone in 2016 and brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness and strategic planning.
She holds a PhD in Applied Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University, an MA in Psychology from Adelphi University and a BA in Psychology from Stony Brook University.
