Sue Wagner is a co-founder of BlackRock, Inc., an asset management company, where she served as Vice Chair from January 2006 until her retirement in July 2012.
During her tenure she served as BlackRock's Chief Operating Officer and Head of Corporate Strategy and led the alternative investments and international client businesses.
At Apple she chairs the Nominating Committee and serves on the Audit Committee.
