Art Levinson has served as Chair of Apple's Board since 2011 and as a director since 2000. He has been Chief Executive Officer of Calico, a health and aging research company, since September 2013, and previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Genentech from July 1995 to April 2009 and as its Chairman from September 1999 to September 2014. Apple has announced that Dr. Levinson will become Lead Independent Director effective September 1, 2026.

Tim Cook has served as Apple's Chief Executive Officer since 2011 and as a director since 2011, having previously served as Chief Operating Officer from October 2005. He joined Apple in March 1998 and held senior operations roles including Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Operations. Apple announced on April 20, 2026 that Mr. Cook will transition to Executive Chair of the Board effective September 1, 2026.

Wanda Austin is the retired President and Chief Executive Officer of The Aerospace Corporation, where she served from January 2008 until October 2016. She is a member of the National Academy of Engineering, co-founder of MakingSpace, Inc., and served as Interim President of the University of Southern California from 2018 to 2019. She serves on Apple's Audit Committee.

Alex Gorsky is the retired Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman of Johnson & Johnson, having served as Executive Chairman from January 2022 to January 2023 and as CEO from April 2012. He is a co-founder of Alderline Group and a General Partner at ICONIQ Capital. He serves on Apple's Nominating Committee and People and Compensation Committee.

Andrea Jung has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Grameen America, a non-profit microfinance organization, since April 2014. She previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Avon Products from November 1999 to April 2012 and as its Chairman from September 2001 to April 2012. She chairs Apple's People and Compensation Committee and serves on the Nominating Committee.

Monica Lozano is the retired President and Chief Executive Officer of the College Futures Foundation, a role she held from December 2017 to August 2022. Her media career spanned more than 30 years, including as Chief Executive Officer of ImpreMedia from May 2010 to May 2014 and Publisher of La Opinion. She serves on Apple's Audit Committee.

Ron Sugar is the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Northrop Grumman Corporation, where he served from April 2003 to June 2010, and previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer from 2001 to 2003. He earlier held executive positions at Litton Industries and TRW Inc., where he was Chief Financial Officer. He chairs Apple's Audit Committee.

Sue Wagner is a co-founder of BlackRock, Inc., where she served as Vice Chair from January 2006 until her retirement in July 2012 and held roles including Chief Operating Officer and Head of Corporate Strategy. She continues to serve on BlackRock's Board of Directors. At Apple she chairs the Nominating Committee and serves on the Audit Committee.

Kevan Parekh is Apple's Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, overseeing accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, investor relations, internal audit, and tax. He joined Apple in June 2013 and assumed the CFO role on January 1, 2025, succeeding Luca Maestri. His previous Apple roles include Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis, and before Apple he held senior leadership roles at Thomson Reuters and General Motors.

Sabih Khan is Apple's Chief Operating Officer, overseeing Apple's worldwide operations, global supply chain, environmental and social initiatives, and AppleCare. He joined Apple in August 1995 and assumed the COO role in July 2025, succeeding Jeff Williams. His previous Apple positions include Senior Vice President, Operations, and Vice President, Product Operations.

Deirdre O'Brien is Apple's Senior Vice President, Retail + People, overseeing Apple's retail stores, online teams, and People team. She joined Apple in July 1988 and assumed her current position in October 2024, having previously held the role from February 2019 to May 2023. Her prior Apple roles include Vice President, People, and Vice President, Operations.

Jennifer Newstead became Apple's General Counsel on March 1, 2026, following a transition of duties from Kate Adams, and joined Apple as a Senior Vice President in January 2026 reporting to CEO Tim Cook. She serves on Apple's executive team and oversees Apple's legal matters. She signed Apple's April 2026 Form 8-K as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.

Kate Adams served as Apple's Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from November 2017, overseeing legal, corporate governance, intellectual property, litigation, compliance, global security, and privacy. Before Apple she was General Counsel of Honeywell International from September 2008 and earlier a partner at Sidley Austin LLP. She transitioned the General Counsel role to Jennifer Newstead on March 1, 2026, and is overseeing Apple's government affairs organization until her retirement in late 2026; she remained a named executive officer for fiscal 2025.

Luca Maestri served as Apple's Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer until January 1, 2025, when he transitioned the CFO role to Kevan Parekh as part of a planned succession. He continues to report to CEO Tim Cook and lead Apple's Corporate Services teams, including information systems and technology, information security, and real estate and development. He was a named executive officer for fiscal 2025.

Ben Borders was appointed Apple's Principal Accounting Officer effective January 1, 2026, succeeding Chris Kondo as part of a planned transition. He joined Apple in November 2010 and his previous Apple positions include Director of Technical Accounting.

John Ternus is Apple's Senior Vice President of Hardware Engineering, a role he assumed in 2021 after joining Apple in 2001. On April 17, 2026, Apple's Board appointed him Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board, effective September 1, 2026, succeeding Tim Cook. He has overseen hardware engineering across iPhone, Mac, iPad, AirPods, and Apple Watch.
