Peter Zaffino has been a director of AIG since 2020 and Chairman of the Board since 2022, and on June 1, 2026 he transitioned to Executive Chairman after serving as Chief Executive Officer from 2021. He joined AIG in 2017 as Executive Vice President and Global Chief Operating Officer and previously held senior roles at Marsh & McLennan, including Chief Executive Officer of Marsh, and was President and CEO of Guy Carpenter.

Eric Andersen became President and Chief Executive Officer of AIG and a member of the Board effective June 1, 2026, having joined the company as President and CEO Elect in February 2026. He spent roughly three decades in insurance at Aon plc, where he served as President from 2020 to 2025, Senior Advisor to the CEO in 2025-2026, and earlier led Aon Benfield and Aon Risk Solutions Americas.

James Cole, Jr. has served as an independent director of AIG since 2021 and chairs the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Jasco Group and previously served as Delegated Deputy Secretary of Education and General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Education and as a partner at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.

John (Chris) Inglis joined the AIG Board as an independent director in 2024 and serves on the Risk and Audit Committees. He was the first U.S. National Cyber Director from 2021 to 2023 and previously spent his career at the National Security Agency, including as Deputy Director and Chief Operating Officer, retiring as a Brigadier General in the U.S. Air Force.

Courtney Leimkuhler has been an independent director of AIG since 2024 and serves on the Risk Committee. She is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Springbank Collective and previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Marsh, LLC and Head of Corporate Strategy and M&A at NYSE Euronext.

Linda A. Mills has served as an independent director of AIG since 2015 and chairs the Compensation and Management Resources Committee. She is CEO and President of the Cadore Group and previously was Corporate Vice President of Operations and led the Information Systems and Information Technology sectors at Northrop Grumman.

Diana M. Murphy joined the AIG Board as an independent director in 2023 and serves on the Compensation and Management Resources and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. She is Managing Director of Rocksolid Holdings, a private equity firm, and is a director of Atlanta Braves Holdings and non-executive chair of Landstar System.

Juan R. Perez has been an independent director of AIG since 2025 and serves on the Compensation and Management Resources Committee. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Salesforce from 2022 to 2025 and spent more than three decades at United Parcel Service, including as Chief Information and Engineering Officer.

Peter R. Porrino has served as an independent director of AIG since 2019 and chairs the Audit Committee. He was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of XL Group Ltd from 2011 to 2017 and earlier served as Global Insurance Industry Leader at Ernst & Young LLP.

John G. Rice has been a director of AIG since 2022 and serves as Lead Independent Director. He spent his career at General Electric, where he was Vice Chairman of GE and President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Global Growth Organization, and he currently serves as a director of Baker Hughes.

Vanessa A. Wittman joined the AIG Board as an independent director in 2023, chairs the Risk Committee and is an Audit Committee financial expert. She has served as Chief Financial Officer of Glossier, Oath, Dropbox and Motorola Mobility, and is a director of Oscar Health and Booking Holdings.

Thomas (Tom) Stoddard was elected to the AIG Board as an independent director effective June 1, 2026 and serves on the Audit Committee. He is a former Vice Chairman of Global Investment Banking at Bank of America and previously served as Group Chief Financial Officer of Aviva plc and of Athora Ltd., and was Senior Managing Director and Head of the Global Financial Institutions Group at Blackstone.

Keith Walsh joined AIG in October 2024 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the global finance organization including capital management, investor relations, treasury, tax and corporate development. He came to AIG from Marsh McLennan, where he was Chief Financial Officer of Marsh, and earlier spent about 14 years as an insurance-sector equity research analyst at Citi.

Rose Marie Glazer is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of AIG, responsible for legal, compliance, regulatory and government affairs. She joined AIG in 2017 as Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Deputy General Counsel, served as interim Chief Human Resources Officer from 2022 to 2024, and previously was Senior Vice President and General Counsel for the Americas at Siemens AG.

Jonathan (Jon) Hancock is Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of General Insurance at AIG, overseeing the company's commercial and personal insurance businesses, claims and the chief underwriting office. He joined AIG around 2020 to lead International Commercial Insurance and Global Personal Insurance, and previously was Director of Performance Management at Lloyd's of London after 26 years at RSA.

Claude Wade served as Executive Vice President, Chief Digital Officer and Global Head of Business Operations and Claims at AIG and was one of the company's named executive officers for 2025. In that role he led AIG's digital, business-operations and claims functions.
