Larry Page is a co-founder of Google and served as Google's Chief Executive Officer from April 2011 to October 2015 and as Alphabet's Chief Executive Officer from October 2015 to December 2019. He chairs Alphabet's Executive Committee and has served on the Board since 1998.

Sergey Brin is a co-founder of Google and served as Google's President from May 2011 to October 2015 and as Alphabet's President from October 2015 to December 2019. He is a member of Alphabet's Executive Committee and has served on the Board since 1998.

Sundar Pichai joined Google in 2004, was named CEO of Google in October 2015, and became CEO of Alphabet in December 2019. He has led product and engineering across Search, Chrome, Maps, Android, Gmail, and Google Workspace, and has shifted the company's strategy to focus on AI. He has served as a director since 2017 and sits on the Executive Committee.

John L. Hennessy has served as Chair of Alphabet's Board since January 2018, having previously been Lead Independent Director from April 2007 to January 2018. He is a Stanford professor of computer science and electrical engineering, served as President of Stanford University from 2000 to 2016, and chairs the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.

Frances H. Arnold is the Linus Pauling Professor of Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering and Biochemistry at the California Institute of Technology and a Nobel laureate in Chemistry. She has served on Alphabet's Board since 2019 and is a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.

R. Martin "Marty" Chávez has been a Partner and Vice Chairman of Sixth Street since May 2021 and previously held executive roles at Goldman Sachs including Chief Information Officer and Chief Financial Officer. He has served on Alphabet's Board since 2022 and sits on the Audit Committee and the Risk and Compliance Committee.

L. John Doerr has been Chair of venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins since March 2016, having joined as General Partner in 1980. He has served on Alphabet's Board since 1999 and is a member of the Leadership Development, Inclusion and Compensation Committee.

Roger W. Ferguson Jr. is Chief Investment Officer of Red Cell Partners and former President and CEO of TIAA (2008-2021), and previously served as Vice Chairman of the U.S. Federal Reserve. He has served on Alphabet's Board since 2016 and chairs both the Audit Committee and the Risk and Compliance Committee.

K. Ram Shriram has been a managing partner of Sherpalo Ventures since January 2000 and was an early business-development executive at Amazon.com and Netscape. He has served on Alphabet's Board since 1998 and is a member of the Leadership Development, Inclusion and Compensation Committee.

Robin L. Washington has been President and Chief Operating and Financial Officer of Salesforce since March 2025 and previously served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Gilead Sciences from 2008 to 2019. She has served on Alphabet's Board since 2019 and chairs the Leadership Development, Inclusion and Compensation Committee while also serving on the Audit and Risk and Compliance Committees.

Anat Ashkenazi has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Alphabet and Google since July 2024. She previously spent over 23 years at Eli Lilly and Company, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from February 2021 to July 2024.

Ruth M. Porat has served as President and Chief Investment Officer of Alphabet and Google since September 2023, after serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from May 2015 to July 2024. Before joining Google she was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Morgan Stanley from 2010 to 2015.

Philipp Schindler has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer of Google since August 2015, overseeing Google's and YouTube's sales, support, partnership, and country operations. He joined Google in 2005 and previously served as Vice President of Global Sales and Operations and as President for Northern and Central Europe.

Kent Walker has served as President, Global Affairs and Chief Legal Officer of Alphabet and Google since November 2021 and as Secretary of Alphabet since January 2020. He joined Google in 2006 and previously held executive positions at Netscape, AOL, and eBay and served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney.

Marsida Saraci was appointed Principal Accounting Officer of Alphabet, effective June 5, 2026, in her role as Vice President and Controller. She has worked at Alphabet since April 2011, most recently as Vice President, Finance - Deputy Controller, and previously spent over eight years at KPMG.
