Ms. Bedient was executive vice president for Weyerhaeuser Company, one of the world's largest integrated forest products companies, from 2007 until her retirement in July 2016, and served as Weyerhaeuser's CFO from 2007 until February 2016. A certified public accountant since 1978, she served as managing partner of the Seattle office of Arthur Andersen LLP prior to joining Weyerhaeuser, where she had a 27-year career. She currently serves on the boards of Suncor Energy Inc. and Park Hotels & Resorts Inc., and in 2025 was chosen as the Public Company Director of the Year by the National Association of Corporate Directors. She has served as independent, non-executive Board Chair since May 2022.
Mr. Beer served as CFO at Atlassian Corporation PLC from 2018 until his retirement in 2022. He was executive vice president and CFO for McKesson Corporation from 2013 to 2017 and CFO at Symantec Corp from 2006 to 2013, and from 1991 to 2006 held several management positions including CFO at AMR Corporation and American Airlines. He currently serves on the boards of DocuSign, Inc. and Zscaler, Inc.
Mr. Conner is the former vice chairman of The Boeing Company, a position to which he was appointed in 2013. He served in a number of positions with Boeing Commercial Airplanes since 1977, including president and CEO from 2012 to 2017. Since September 2018 he has been an operating advisor to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC, and since February 2023 he has served as chairman of Pursuit Aerospace.
Mr. Elwell is president of Elwell & Associates LLC, an aviation consulting firm. He served as Deputy and Acting Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration from 2017 to 2020, and previously served as senior vice president for safety, security and operations at Airlines for America from 2013 to 2015 and as vice president of the Aerospace Industries Association of America from 2008 to 2013. He is a former military and commercial pilot.
Ms. Hogan has been executive vice president of strategy and transformation for Microsoft Corporation since 2025, having previously served as chief people officer from 2015 to 2025 and corporate vice president of Microsoft Services from 2003 to 2015. Prior to joining Microsoft in 2003, she was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where she led high-tech/software and sales/marketing practices, and she began her career at Oracle Corporation.
Ms. Lofton has been vice president of global consumer marketing, platforms & devices at Google LLC since July 2024, having previously served as vice president of global brand marketing at Google from 2021 to July 2024. She earlier served as vice president and head of North America marketing at NIKE, Inc. from 2018 to 2021 and as senior vice president of global marketing, operations and philanthropy at Under Armour, Inc. from 2015 to 2018, with prior leadership roles at Levi Strauss & Co. and Target Corporation.
Mr. Minicucci has been chief executive officer of Alaska Air Group and Alaska Airlines since 2021. He has been president of Alaska since 2016 and became president of Air Group in 2021, and served as chief operating officer from 2008 until 2019. He also served as chief executive officer of Virgin America Inc. from 2016 to 2018, and previously held various executive positions at Alaska after roles at Air Canada and 14 years in the Canadian Armed Forces.
Ms. Sandvik is president of Kidways LLC, a business management consulting firm. From 1999 to 2016 she was president of NANA Development Corporation, which she grew from an oilfield support services company with revenues of $50 million into a diverse, multi-sector global enterprise with revenues of $1.5 billion. Prior to that she served in a variety of leadership roles within the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, including as director of statewide aviation and deputy commissioner.
Mr. Shimer served as interim chief executive officer of Deloitte in 2022 and 2023. He also served as U.S. chief operating officer, chief financial officer, chair of the Deloitte U.S. operating committee, and Seattle managing partner, with responsibility for operational performance and evaluating major investments including acquisitions, joint ventures, technology and innovation. He currently serves on the boards of Korn Ferry and Synopsys, Inc.
Mr. Yeaman is the founder and managing partner of Hoku Capital LLC, a strategic advisory services firm in Honolulu. He was president and COO of First Hawaiian Bank from June 2015 to August 2019, and from 2008 to 2015 was president and CEO of Hawaiian Telcom, Inc. He earlier served as senior executive vice president and COO of Hawaiian Electric Company and as financial vice president, treasurer and CFO of Hawaiian Electric Industries, and began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP in 1989.
