Peeyush Ranjan has served on Airship AI's board since December 2023 and was appointed for his extensive technology experience. He held VP, Director and Manager of Engineering roles at Google from 2017 to March 2025 and from 2006 to 2015, was CTO of Flipkart and a VP of Engineering at Airbnb, and earlier worked at Consera Technologies, Hewlett Packard, Infospace and Microsoft. He holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science from IIT Kharagpur, an M.S. in Computer Science from Purdue University and an M.B.A. from the University of Washington.

Louis Lebedin has served on Airship AI's board since March 2021 and brings over 25 years of banking experience. He was global head of JP Morgan's prime brokerage business from 2006 to 2012, chief operating officer and chief financial officer of Bear Stearns's Global Clearing Services division from 2001 to 2005, and an advisor to Unio Capital LLC from 2017 to 2019. He holds a B.S. in accounting from Syracuse University and earned his CPA license in 1982.

Amit Mital has served on Airship AI's board since December 2023 and has more than two decades of experience in technology. He is CEO and founder of Kernel Labs, served on the National Security Council as senior director for cybersecurity strategy and policy and as a special assistant to the President, was chief technology officer at Symantec Corporation, and spent 20 years as a corporate vice president at Microsoft. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Dartmouth College.

Victor Huang is Airship AI's founder and has served as its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board since December 2023, having led the operating company as CEO since April 2007 and served on its board since 2005. He joined Airship as its first employee in October 2004 and was previously an independent trader and investor and a financial consultant at Smith Barney. He is one of the company's largest stockholders and studied business administration at the University of Washington.

Derek Xu is a co-founder of Airship AI and has served as its Chief Operating Officer and a director since December 2023, having been the operating company's COO since March 2022 and a board member since Airship's incorporation in 2003. He previously served as Airship's Chief Technology Officer from April 2007 and earlier co-founded and sold a web-services company providing eCommerce solutions for small businesses. He holds a Ph.D. in Geophysics from the University of Washington.

Paul Allen has served as Airship AI's President since December 2023 and led the operating company as President since 2019, having joined in 2015 as Director of Business Development and been promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2017. Before Airship he was a partner at a boutique firm serving the U.S. Government and Department of Defense and spent 14 years at IBM, leaving as a Business Unit Executive. He retired from the U.S. Army 1st Special Forces Command in 2021 after more than 28 years, most as a Green Beret, and holds a bachelor's degree from Norwich University.

Mark E. Scott has served as Airship AI's Chief Financial Officer since March 2024 and as its Secretary and Treasurer since January 1, 2025, having previously been Interim CFO from November 2021 and a consultant to the company from February 2021. He has held CFO roles at Valterra Partners LLC, Valuto, Inc. and GrowLife, Inc., and has significant financial, SEC and M&A experience with public and private micro-cap companies. He is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Washington.

Yanda Ma has served as Airship AI's Chief Technology Officer since December 2023 and led the operating company's technology function since March 2022, after serving as Vice President of Engineering from 2005. He has developed multiple generations of the company's product offerings, including its government surveillance and edge solutions, and has over twenty years of technology leadership experience in the streaming-video and security industries. He holds a bachelor's degree in EECS from the University of California, Berkeley and has been awarded multiple patents.
