Silvana Battaglia has served as a director of agilon health since 2023. She is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Cencora, Inc. (formerly AmerisourceBergen), a global healthcare solutions company, and has served as an Executive Advisor to SemperVirens Venture Capital since September 2025. Earlier in her career she held senior human resources leadership roles at Aramark, Day & Zimmermann, Merck & Co., Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and Colorcon, and she has served as an adjunct faculty member at St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia. She is a National Association of Corporate Directors certified professional director, and received her B.A. from Temple University and her M.S. from Widener University.

Sharad Mansukani, M.D. has served as a director of agilon health since 2017. He has been a Senior Advisor to the private equity firm TPG since 2005 and currently serves as a director of Monogram Health, Inc. and as Chairman of the board of Convey Health Solutions. Dr. Mansukani has served in a range of government and industry advisory roles, including as a Senior Advisor on Medicare's Program Advisory and Oversight Committee to the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, as Senior Advisor to the Administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and as Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of Health Partners. He completed a residency and fellowship in ophthalmology at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and a fellowship in quality management and managed care at The Wharton School.

Diana McKenzie has served as a director of agilon health since 2023. She is the owner of and a consultant with DLM Horizons LLC, a Senior Advisor to Brighton Park Capital since 2019, and a Special Advisor to Red Cell Partners LLC since 2024. Ms. McKenzie previously served as the first Chief Information Officer of Workday, Inc. from 2016 to 2019, held multiple technology leadership roles at Amgen, Inc. from 2004 to 2016 (including Chief Information Officer), and served in various technology positions at Eli Lilly and Company from 1987 to 2004. She received her B.S. from Purdue University and brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in the life sciences and software industries.

Karen McLoughlin has served as a director of agilon health since 2021. She has been a Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Company since 2022 and previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation from 2012 to 2020. Earlier in her career she held financial roles at Spherion Corp. (now SFN Group), Ryder System, Inc. and Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). She currently serves as a director of Best Buy Co., Inc., and received her B.A. from Wellesley College and her M.B.A. from Columbia University.

Ronald Williams is a co-founder of agilon health and has served as a director and Chairman of the Board since 2017 and as Executive Chairman since 2025, when he assumed leadership of the newly created Office of the Executive Chairman following the CEO transition. He also serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of RW2 Enterprises and as an operating advisor to CD&R. Mr. Williams served as Chief Executive Officer of Aetna Inc. from 2006 to 2010 and as its Chairman from 2006 to 2011. He has served on the boards of The Boeing Company, The American Express Company, Johnson & Johnson, Warby Parker and others, and holds a B.A. from Roosevelt University and an M.S. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Ravi Sachdev has served as a director of agilon health since 2017 and as Vice Chairman since 2021. He has been a Partner of CD&R since 2015, where he focuses on the healthcare sector. Before joining CD&R, Mr. Sachdev was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Healthcare Services at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. from 2010 to 2015, a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank Securities from 2009 to 2010, and a Vice President at healthcare investment banking boutique Peter J. Solomon Company from 1998 to 2006. He received his B.A. from the University of Michigan.

William Wulf, M.D. has served as a director of agilon health since 2017. He formerly served as Chief Executive Officer of Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians, Inc. (COPC) from 2013 until 2022, having been a founding partner of COPC in 1996 and a practicing internist and COPC Corporate Medical Director for 25 years before becoming CEO. Dr. Wulf has also served as an advisor to multiple payors, including Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Aetna Inc. and UnitedHealthcare, and previously served as Board Chair of America's Physician Groups. He received his B.S. from The Ohio State University and his M.D. from the Medical College of Ohio.

Jeffrey Schwaneke has served as agilon health's Chief Financial Officer since July 2024 and as co-Interim Principal Executive Officer since July 2025, as part of the Office of the Chairman. He previously served as a member of agilon's Board of Directors from 2022 to 2024. Before joining agilon, Mr. Schwaneke spent more than a decade at Centene Corporation, where he served as Executive Vice President of Health Care Enterprises in 2021 and as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from 2016 to 2021, having joined Centene in 2008 as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. Earlier he was Assistant Controller and then Chief Accounting Officer of Novelis, Inc. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Missouri and is a CPA.

Benjamin Shaker has served as agilon health's Chief Markets Officer since September 2020 and as co-Interim Principal Executive Officer since July 2025, as part of the Office of the Chairman. He joined agilon as Ohio Market President in January 2017. Before joining agilon, Mr. Shaker served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Mount Carmel Health Partners, part of the Trinity Health non-profit health system, from December 2013 to January 2017. He received his B.A. from Youngstown State University and a master's degree in Health Administration from The Ohio State University.

Girish Venkatachaliah has served as agilon health's Chief Technology Officer since January 2021. (In July 2026, agilon disclosed that his employment would terminate effective August 1, 2026, after which he would provide transition consulting services through the end of 2026.) Before joining agilon, Mr. Venkatachaliah was a Partner on the Growth Buyout team at Frazier Healthcare Partners, Chief Technology & Product Officer of Decision Resources Group, and Vice President of Data Strategy, Analytics, and AI/ML at athenahealth, Inc., and earlier held several executive roles at IBM, including Vice President of Product Development for cloud and AI offerings. He holds degrees from Bangalore University, the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Santa Clara University and a joint M.B.A. from UC Berkeley/Columbia University.

Denise Zamore has served as agilon health's Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary since August 2022 and as interim Chief People Officer since October 2025. Before joining agilon, Ms. Zamore held several positions with UnitedHealth Group, Inc. from April 2011 to August 2022, most recently as Deputy General Counsel at its Optum subsidiary, where she led a team supporting physician groups and healthcare executives on matters including mergers and acquisitions, regulatory guidance and compliance.

Steven Sell served as agilon health's Chief Executive Officer and President and as a director from June 2020 until his resignation on July 29, 2025, which prompted the creation of the Office of the Executive Chairman. Before joining agilon, Mr. Sell served as President, CEO and Chairman of Health Net from 2016 to 2019 and as President of Health Net's Western Region from 2008 to 2016. He holds a B.A. from Swarthmore College and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
