Judy Gawlik Brown has served on the Agilent board since May 2025 and sits on the Audit and Finance Committee. She is the Founder of Downtown Advisory, a Los Angeles-based consultancy specializing in consumer healthcare, wellness, biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients, which she founded in November 2023. Previously she was Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs of Amgen Inc. (2018-2022) and, before that, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Business Officer of Perrigo Company (2006-2017); she is a certified public accountant who spent eight years at EY and has served as an independent director of Belden Inc. since 2008.

Sue H. Rataj has served as an Agilent director since September 2015 and is a member of the Audit and Finance Committee. She was a director of Cabot Corporation from 2011 to 2024, retiring as its independent Board Chairperson in October 2023. Earlier she was Chief Executive, Petrochemicals of BP p.l.c. until her retirement in April 2011, having held a variety of senior management positions with BP including Group Vice President, Health, Safety, Operations and Technology for the Refining and Marketing segment.

Dr. George A. Scangos has served on the Agilent board since January 2011, where he chairs the Compensation Committee and serves on the Nominating/Corporate Governance Committee. He retired as Chief Executive Officer of Vir Biotechnology in April 2023 and previously served as CEO of Biogen Inc. (2010-2017), President and CEO of Exelixis, Inc. (1996-2010), and President of Bayer Biotechnology (1993-1996). He is a co-founder and Chairperson of Rezo Therapeutics and has served on the board of Voyager Therapeutics, Inc. since May 2023.

Dow R. Wilson has served as an Agilent director since March 2018, chairing the Audit and Finance Committee and serving on the Nominating/Corporate Governance Committee. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Varian Medical Systems, Inc. from 2012 to 2021, after holding roles there including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and earlier held senior management positions with GE Healthcare. Since February 2023 he has served on the board of Siemens Healthineers AG.

Mala Anand has served as an Agilent director since March 2019 and is a member of the Compensation Committee. She has been President & Chief Customer Experience Officer of Microsoft Corporation since October 2025, leading global delivery of technical services and AI implementations, after serving as Corporate Vice President, Customer Experience from 2019 to 2025. Earlier she was President, Intelligent Enterprise Solutions and Industries at SAP SE (2016-2019) and held senior executive roles at Cisco Systems, Inc.

Koh Boon Hwee has served on the Agilent board since May 2003 and as its Independent Chairperson since March 2017; he chairs both the Executive Committee and the Nominating/Corporate Governance Committee. He has been Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the Singapore Exchange Ltd. since January 2023 and Chairman and General Partner of Altara Ventures Pte. Ltd. since 2011. He previously chaired the boards of DBS Bank, Singapore Airlines and Singapore Telecom and spent 14 years with Hewlett-Packard Company in its Asia Pacific region.

Dr. Daniel K. Podolsky has served as an Agilent director since July 2015 and is a member of the Audit and Finance Committee. He has been President of the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center since September 2008, and previously served concurrently as Mallinckrodt Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Chief of Gastroenterology at Massachusetts General Hospital. A former President of the American Gastroenterological Association, he was elected to the National Academy of Medicine in 2008.

Dr. Otis W. Brawley has served as an Agilent director since November 2021 and is a member of the Compensation Committee. Since 2019 he has been the Bloomberg Distinguished Professor of Oncology and Epidemiology at Johns Hopkins University, and from 2007 to 2018 he served as Chief Medical and Scientific Officer at the American Cancer Society. He also serves on the boards of Incyte Corporation, Lyell Immunopharma, Inc. and PDS Biotechnology Corp.

Dr. Mikael Dolsten has served as an Agilent director since September 2021 and is a member of the Audit and Finance Committee. Since March 2025 he has been Founding CEO and Chairman of Quarry Thera, LLC, after serving as President of Worldwide Research, Development and Medical, Chief Scientific Officer and Executive Vice President of Pfizer, Inc. from 2010 to January 2025. He has held earlier research-leadership roles at Wyeth, Boehringer Ingelheim and AstraZeneca, and currently serves on the board of Rocket Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Pascal Soriot has served as an Agilent director since May 2025 and is a member of the Compensation Committee. He has been Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Director of AstraZeneca PLC since October 2012, having previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Roche Pharma AG (2010-2012) and Chief Executive Officer of Genentech, Inc. (2009-2010). In 2022 he received a knighthood for services to life sciences and leadership in the global response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Padraig McDonnell has served as Agilent's President and Chief Executive Officer since May 2024 and as a director since May 2024, sitting on the Executive Committee. From February 2024 to May 2024 he was Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and CEO-elect, and before that served as Chief Commercial Officer and President of the Agilent CrossLab Group (2021-2024) and in earlier general-management roles including Vice President and General Manager of the Chemistries and Supplies Division. He has spent more than 28 years with Agilent and its predecessor, Hewlett-Packard.

Bret DiMarco has served as Agilent's Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer and Secretary since July 2024. Prior to joining Agilent he was Chief Legal Officer at Pendo.io Incorporated (2022-2024) and, from 2006 to 2022, held several positions at Coherent, Inc. including Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. He has been an Adjunct Associate Professor of Law at the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco since 2004 and was previously an attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.

Adam S. Elinoff has served as Agilent's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since November 2025. He joined Agilent from Amgen Inc., where he was Vice President, Investor Relations and Treasurer from July to October 2025 and, since joining Amgen in 2006, held a series of finance, strategy and transformation roles of increasing responsibility. These included Vice President, Finance and Treasurer (2023-2025) and Regional Chief Financial Officer for Europe, Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Canada (2020-2023).

Rodney Gonsalves has served as Agilent's Vice President, Corporate Controllership and Chief Accounting Officer since May 2015, and served as the company's interim Chief Financial Officer from July 2025 to November 2025. From 2009 to 2015 he was Vice President and operational CFO for various business groups within Agilent, and earlier held roles including Vice President of Investor Relations, controller and corporate governance. Before joining Agilent he held a variety of finance positions with Hewlett-Packard Company.

Meghan Henson has served as Agilent's Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer since March 2025. She previously served as Chief People Officer of Aetna Inc. (2023-2024) and as Chief Human Resources Officer at Avantor, Inc. (2020-2023), XPO, Inc. (2016-2020) and Chubb Limited (2013-2016). Earlier she held various senior human resources positions at PepsiCo, Inc., including Chief Human Resources Officer for Global Functions.

Jonah Kirkwood has served as Agilent's Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, Commercial Organization since November 2024. From 2023 to 2024 he led Agilent's Global Sales organization for Laboratory Solution Sales as well as the Greater China Sales organization, and from 2021 to 2023 he led the company's Commercial Marketing and Operations teams. He first joined Agilent in 2010 through its acquisition of Varian and has held a variety of positions since.

Simon May has served as Agilent's Senior Vice President and President, Life Sciences and Diagnostics Markets Group since May 2024. Prior to joining Agilent he was Executive Vice President and President of the Life Science Group at Bio-Rad Laboratories (2022-2024), part of a ten-year tenure there that included Senior Vice President roles leading the Digital Biology Group and Global Commercial Operations. Before Bio-Rad, he held positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific for ten years.

Angelica Riemann has served as Agilent's Senior Vice President and President, Agilent CrossLab Group since February 2024. From 2021 to 2024 she was Vice President and General Manager of the Agilent CrossLab Services Division, and before that Vice President and General Manager of the Chemistries and Supplies Division (2020-2021) and the Chemistries Division (2019-2020). She has held earlier leadership roles across the Chemistries Division, Mass Spectrometry Division and the Americas field sales organization.

Mike Zhang has served as Agilent's Senior Vice President and President, Applied Markets Group since November 2024. From August to November 2024 he was Vice President and General Manager of the Gas Phase Division, and from 2020 to 2024 Vice President and General Manager of the Gas Phase Separations Division. Over 22 years at Agilent he has held various leadership roles in manufacturing, including manufacturing engineer at the Shanghai site and general manager of that site from April 2016.
