Daniel P. Amos has served as Chief Executive Officer of Aflac Incorporated and Aflac since 1990 and as Chairman since 2001, and has been a director since 1983. He also served as President of Aflac Incorporated from January 2024 to January 2025 and previously from February 2018 through December 2019. The proxy describes him as the longest-serving CEO in the FORTUNE 250, having led Aflac in the role for more than 35 years.

W. Paul Bowers is a director of Aflac Incorporated since 2013 and serves as the Board's Lead Non-Management Director. He retired as chairman and chief executive officer of Georgia Power, the largest subsidiary of Southern Company, on July 1, 2021, a role he had held since 2011, and previously served as chief financial officer of Southern Company from 2008 to 2010.

Joseph L. Moskowitz has been a director of Aflac Incorporated since 2015. He was executive vice president of Primerica, Inc. from 2009 until 2014, leading its Product Economics and Financial Analysis Group, and served as Primerica's chief actuary from 1999 to 2004.

He previously served as First Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Aflac Japan from 2023 until 2024 and as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Aflac U.S. from 2019 until 2023.

Robin L. Blackmon is Chief Accounting Officer of Aflac Incorporated since 2024 and Senior Vice President, Financial Services since 2024. She was Vice President and Deputy Chief Accounting Officer from 2023 until 2024 and Vice President, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis from 2019 until 2023.

Max K. Brodén is Senior Executive Vice President of Aflac Incorporated and Aflac since 2025 and has been Chief Financial Officer of Aflac Incorporated since 2020. He previously served as Executive Vice President from 2020 until 2025 and as Treasurer of Aflac from 2017 until 2024.

Audrey B. Tillman is Senior Executive Vice President of Aflac Incorporated and Aflac since 2025 and has been General Counsel of Aflac Incorporated and Aflac since 2014. She previously served as Executive Vice President from 2014 until 2025.
