Edward R. Muller has served on AeroVironment's board since 2013 and is the Lead Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee. He was Vice Chairman of NRG Energy from 2012 to 2017 and previously Chairman and Chief Executive of GenOn Energy and of Mirant Corporation, as well as President and CEO of Edison Mission Energy.
