Aehr Test Systems Leadership

Rhea J. Posedel is a founder of Aehr Test Systems and has served as Chairman of the Board since the Company's inception in 1977. He served as the Company's Chief Executive Officer from 1977 until January 2012, as President from inception through May 2000, and as Executive Chairman from January 2012 to March 2013. Prior to founding the Company he held project engineering and engineering management positions at Lockheed Martin, Ampex Data Systems and Cohu. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University and an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University.

Fariba Danesh has been a director of Aehr Test Systems since May 2021. She currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at PsiQuantum Corp., a quantum computing company that leverages silicon photonics and existing semiconductor manufacturing processes. Before joining PsiQuantum in January 2021 she led venture-funded photonics and compound semiconductor company Glo AB as CEO for nine years, and earlier was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Fiber Optics Products Division at Avago Technologies (now Broadcom), overseeing a $400 million annual revenue photonics business. She received a B.S. in Biochemistry from Santa Clara University and brings over 30 years of executive experience across semiconductors, photonics, data communications and data storage.

Laura Oliphant has been a director of Aehr Test Systems since July 2019 and chairs the Compensation Committee. From 2016 to 2018 she was Chief Executive Officer of Translarity, Inc., a venture-funded probe card company, and from 2001 to 2016 she served as an Investment Director at Intel Capital, where she made and managed investments in the semiconductor capital equipment and materials area. She also serves as a supervisory board member of BE Semiconductor Industries N.V. and as an independent board member of USA Triathlon. She received a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Manhattan University and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and is NACD Directorship Certified.

Geoffrey G. Scott has been a director of Aehr Test Systems since September 2020 and chairs the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. Since his retirement from Scott Asset Management in 2017 he has been a private investor; from 1995 to 2017 he was President of Scott Asset Management, an investment group focused on industry-leading small-cap companies. Earlier he served as Vice President of Merrill Lynch & Co. in the Capital Markets Group from 1991 to 1995 and was employed by The Chase Manhattan Corporation in the Corporate Banking Group from 1973 to 1990. He received a B.A. from Dartmouth College.

Howard T. Slayen has been a director of Aehr Test Systems since 2008 and chairs the Audit Committee, having been determined by the Board to be an audit committee financial expert. Since June 2001 he has provided independent financial consulting services to various organizations, and from October 1999 to May 2001 he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Quaartz Inc. From 1971 to September 1999 he held various positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and its predecessor Coopers & Lybrand LLP, including Corporate Finance Partner. He received a B.A. from Claremont McKenna College and a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.

Gayn Erickson has served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Aehr Test Systems since January 2012. Before joining the Company he was a corporate officer, Senior Vice President and General Manager of the memory test business of Verigy Ltd. from February 2006 to October 2011, and earlier was Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Semiconductor Memory Test products at Agilent Technologies. He has over 35 years of executive and general management, operations, marketing, sales and R&D program management experience, beginning his career in the semiconductor test industry with the Automated Test Group of Hewlett Packard. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University.

Chris P. Siu joined Aehr Test Systems as Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer in June 2023. Before joining the Company he served as Senior Vice President Finance, Corporate Treasurer and Chief Accounting Officer at Ultra Clean Holdings, Inc. from May 2019 to May 2023, and previously held senior management roles at GlobalFoundries Inc. and Trident Microsystems, Inc. He began his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young LLP and Deloitte & Touche LLP and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in California. He received a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University in Hawaii and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.

Adil Engineer joined Aehr Test Systems as Chief Operating Officer in April 2022. Before joining the Company he served as Head of Operations at Tecan Group AG, a Swiss manufacturer of medical test and diagnostic tools, overseeing operations for Tecan's primary U.S. manufacturing site. He began his career at KLA-Tencor Corporation (now KLA Corporation), where he spent 11 years, and also worked at Coherent, Inc. and Kateeva, Inc. in roles of increasing responsibility across manufacturing, new product introduction and supply chain. He received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from TKIET and a Graduate Certificate in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.

Donald P. Richmond II joined Aehr Test Systems as a Senior Electrical Engineer for the Company's Wafer Level Test and Burn-in solutions in 1998 and held several key positions before being appointed Chief Technology Officer in September 2023. Before joining the Company he was co-founder, board member and Vice President of Operations at ChipScale Inc. / Micro SMT Inc., and earlier served as president of TEAM Holdings LTD. / TEAM International LTD., a semiconductor packaging subcontractor. He has over 40 years of executive and general management, operations, customer support and R&D program management experience, beginning his career in semiconductor design with Signetics Corporation. He received a B.S.E.E. Technology from DeVry Institute Arizona.

Vernon Rogers joined Aehr Test Systems as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing in October 2018. Before joining the Company he served as head of sales and marketing at Global Equipment Services, Inc., a provider of automation solutions for the semiconductor, electronics and medical industries. Over more than two decades he has held senior executive sales, marketing and operations management positions at technology companies in the semiconductor and system-level test space, including LitePoint Corporation, Credence Systems Corporation, NPTest Inc. and Schlumberger Automated Test Equipment. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from North Dakota State University.

Alistair N. Sporck joined Aehr Test Systems as Vice President, Contactor Business in July 2022. Before joining the Company he ran his own business supplying components to the probe card industry, and previously served as Vice President of Design at FormFactor Inc., a leading probe card supplier, for 17 years. He began his career at LSI Logic Corporation, where he worked for 13 years in various Product Engineering positions. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University.

Alberto Salamone joined Aehr Test Systems as Executive Vice President, Packaged Parts Burn-in Business in August 2024 in connection with the Company's acquisition of Incal Technology, Inc. Before joining the Company he served as President and CEO of Incal Technology, a supplier of semiconductor burn-in and test solutions, leading its growth in the AI burn-in market and managing its acquisition by Aehr. He has spent more than 20 years in the semiconductor industry, including as General Manager of Elemaster USA Inc. from 2016 to 2019 and earlier as CEO of ELES Semiconductor Equipment S.p.A. He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin and executive degrees from LUISS Business School, Cranfield Business School, the London School of Economics and Harvard University.

Didier Wimmers joined Aehr Test Systems as Executive Vice President of Research and Development on March 3, 2025, succeeding Avi Ray Chaudhuri. Before joining the Company he held executive engineering management positions at Schlumberger Automated Test Equipment, NPTest, Inc., Credence Systems Corporation, FormFactor, Inc., Altera Corporation and Thin Film Electronics ASA. He brings extensive semiconductor test equipment engineering and research leadership experience to the Company's R&D organization.
