Robert W. Schwartz is the chairman and founder of Schwartz Heslin Group, Inc., a corporate-finance and M&A advisory firm he founded in 1985. Earlier in his career he founded and led telecommunications company Winsource, Inc. and served as president and chief operating officer of American Stock Exchange-listed Coradian Corporation, which he took public in 1979. He serves on the boards of several corporations and chairs Advent's audit committee.
