Erin N. Kane has served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of AdvanSix since the company's spin-off from Honeywell on October 1, 2016. Prior to that, she was Vice President and General Manager of Honeywell Resins and Chemicals from October 2014, having joined Honeywell in 2002 and held a series of Six Sigma, marketing and business-leadership roles across its Specialty Materials and Resins and Chemicals businesses. She also serves on the boards of The Chemours Company and the American Chemistry Council.

Todd D. Karran is the independent Chair of the AdvanSix Board and has served as a director since the spin-off from Honeywell on October 1, 2016. He has been Chief Executive Officer Petrochemicals of Inter Pipeline since May 2022 and was previously President and CEO of NOVA Chemicals from 2015 until his retirement in August 2020, after serving as its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2009 to 2016; he joined NOVA Chemicals in 1985 and held numerous management, accounting and finance roles.

Jeffrey J. Bird has served as a director of AdvanSix since January 2026 and sits on the Audit and Health, Safety and Environmental Committees. He currently serves as Interim President and Chief Operating Officer of Envent Corporation and is a director of Heath Consultants; he was formerly President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Dril-Quip, which he joined in March 2017 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and earlier was Executive Vice President and CFO of Frank's International and Vice President of Finance and CFO of Ascend Performance Materials.

Gena C. Lovett, Ph.D., has served as a director of AdvanSix since September 2021 and serves on the Health, Safety and Environmental and Nominating and Governance Committees. She was Vice President, Operations, Defense, Space and Security of The Boeing Company from July 2015 to June 2019 and earlier held Global Chief Diversity Officer and manufacturing leadership roles at Alcoa Corporation and numerous roles at Ford Motor Company. She holds a Ph.D. in Values Driven Leadership from Benedictine University and is a director of Trex Company and QuantumScape Corporation.

Donald P. Newman has served as a director of AdvanSix since August 2024 and chairs the Audit Committee. He was Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of ATI Inc. from January 2022 through December 31, 2025, having joined ATI as Senior Vice President and CFO in January 2020, and previously served as CFO of Stelco Holdings and of Headwaters Incorporated. He is a director of Amrize Ltd.

Dana O'Brien has served as a director of AdvanSix since September 2025 and serves on the Compensation and Leadership Development and Nominating and Governance Committees. She was Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of Olin Corporation from November 2021 through February 28, 2025 (and Special Advisor to the CEO until her retirement on July 31, 2025), and previously served as general counsel at The Brink's Company, CenterPoint Energy and CEVA Logistics. She is a director of Sterling Infrastructure, Inc.

Daryl Roberts has served as a director of AdvanSix since September 2025 and serves on the Audit and Health, Safety and Environmental Committees. He was Senior Vice President and Chief Operations and Engineering Officer of DuPont de Nemours Inc. from 2018 until 2025 and earlier held manufacturing, technology and regulatory-services leadership roles at Arkema S.A. from 1998 through 2018. He is a director of American Electric Power.

Sharon S. Spurlin has served as a director of AdvanSix since the spin-off from Honeywell on October 1, 2016 and serves on the Audit and Compensation and Leadership Development Committees. She has been Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Plains All American Pipeline L.P. since 2014, which she joined in 2002, and previously served as Senior Vice President and CFO of PetroLogistics L.P. and PL Midstream. She is a director of Smart Sand Inc. and DMC Global.

Patrick S. Williams has served as a director of AdvanSix since February 2020 and serves on the Compensation and Leadership Development and Nominating and Governance Committees. He has been President and CEO and a director of Innospec Inc., an international specialty chemicals company, since 2009, having earlier led its Fuel Specialties and Performance Chemicals businesses. He brings extensive chemicals-industry, M&A and public-company governance experience to the Board.

Christopher Gramm has served as Vice President and Interim Chief Financial Officer of AdvanSix since July 2025, having previously served as Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis since March 2025 and as Vice President, Controller and principal accounting officer from the spin-off in 2016 through March 2025. Before joining AdvanSix he held roles of increasing responsibility at Honeywell from 1997, including controller and CFO positions across several divisions and Vice President and Controller of the aerospace division. Effective April 27, 2026 he returned to his role as Vice President of Corporate Finance and Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis upon the appointment of a permanent CFO.

Achilles B. Kintiroglou has served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of AdvanSix since 2020, after serving as the company's Deputy General Counsel from the spin-off in 2016. Before joining AdvanSix he was a corporate and securities partner at Day Pitney LLP and a corporate and finance associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP and Pitney Hardin LLP.

Kelly J. Slieter has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of AdvanSix since 2020. She was previously Vice President of Human Resources of Honeywell International Inc. from 2018 and, over a career largely at Honeywell that began in 1997, held a range of human-resources leadership roles including M&A integration leader and HR director positions across multiple businesses, with earlier roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Tyco International.

Patrick C. Day was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AdvanSix effective April 27, 2026, succeeding Interim CFO Christopher Gramm. He had served as Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis and Investor Relations at FMC Corporation since January 2024, having joined FMC in September 2013 and held finance-transformation and FP&A leadership roles including Finance Director for FMC's Europe, Middle East and Africa region; earlier in his career he worked at Deloitte Consulting and United Technologies Corporation.

Rachael E. Ryan was appointed Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of AdvanSix effective March 17, 2025, succeeding Christopher Gramm as principal accounting officer. She previously served as Associate Vice President, External Reporting and Technical Accounting at Verizon Communications Inc. from 2022 and as Director, Accounting Policy from 2017 to 2022, and earlier held finance and accounting roles at Honeywell International Inc. from 2007 to 2017 and in the audit practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Siddharth Manjeshwar served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AdvanSix from October 1, 2024 until his employment was terminated effective July 9, 2025. He previously served as Vice President, Corporate Treasurer and Investor Relations at Air Products, as Chief Financial Officer at FirstLight Power from 2018 through 2021, and as Vice President, Corporate Finance and M&A and Treasurer at Dynegy Inc. from 2012 through 2018, with earlier investment-banking roles at Deutsche Bank Securities and Barclays Capital/Lehman Brothers.
