John Donaghey is Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer of Advanced Energy Industries. He joined the Company in July 2021 as Senior Vice President, Global Sales, became Executive Vice President, Global Sales in July 2022, and has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer since February 2026.
Before joining Advanced Energy, Mr. Donaghey served in senior sales and business leadership roles at Amkor Technology, Inc., a publicly traded leading semiconductor package and test company, for seven years, most recently as global leader of sales.
Prior to Amkor, Mr. Donaghey was with Texas Instruments from 1991 to 2014 in various leadership, sales, and marketing roles. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
