Before joining ADTRAN he served as Executive VP and CFO at Conn's HomePlus, where he led financial strategy through a period of significant transformation, including a $1 billion acquisition and capital restructuring.

He previously held the role of SVP and Global Controller at PRA Group, overseeing the international accounting, financial reporting and compliance of a $3 billion portfolio, and his career also includes leadership positions at Grant Thornton and GE. He began his career at PwC, where he earned his CPA, and holds an MBA in accounting and finance from the University of Rochester's Simon Business School and a bachelor's degree in accounting from SUNY Fredonia.
