Adam S. Grossman Founder, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director

Adam S. Grossman is a co-founder of ADMA Biologics and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since October 2011, after serving as President and Chief Operating Officer from 2007 to 2011; he has been a director since 2007. He has more than 30 years of experience in the blood and plasma industry, having previously been Executive Vice President of National Hospital Specialties and GenesisBPS from 1994 to 2011 and worked earlier at MedImmune and the American Red Cross. Since September 2023 he has chaired the North America Board of Directors of the Plasma Protein Therapeutics Association, and he is the son of co-founder Dr. Jerrold B. Grossman.

Kaitlin Kestenberg Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President, Compliance

Kaitlin Kestenberg has served as ADMA's Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President, Compliance since April 2024. She joined the Company in 2012 as a Clinical Research Manager and held roles of increasing responsibility, including Senior Vice President, Compliance & Project Operations. Before ADMA she worked in clinical operations, quality and compliance roles at Acorda Therapeutics and Merck & Co.

Paul Terence Kohler, Jr. Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Paul Terence Kohler, Jr. ('Terry') has served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since February 26, 2026, after joining ADMA in December 2025 as Executive Financial Advisor. He previously was Chief Financial Officer of OptiNose from October 2024 through its acquisition in May 2025 and CFO of Verrica Pharmaceuticals from July 2021 to October 2024, and earlier held corporate development and treasury roles at Endo International. He holds a B.A. from Dickinson College and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina and is a Certified Management Accountant.

Brad L. Tade Former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Brad L. Tade served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from July 2024 until February 25, 2026, when he retired and transitioned to a consulting role expected to run through July 2026. He joined ADMA in June 2023 as Vice President, Financial Operations and previously held finance leadership roles at PCI Pharma Services, Baxter International and Becton Dickinson. He holds a B.S. in Finance from California State University, Long Beach and a master's in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.

Steven A. Elms Chairman of the Board

Steven A. Elms has been a director since 2007 and serves as Chairman of the Board and a member of the Governance and Nominations Committee. He is a Managing Partner at Aisling Capital, which he joined in 2000, and was previously a Principal in the Life Sciences Investment Banking Group at Hambrecht & Quist, where he worked on more than 60 financing and M&A transactions. He currently serves on the boards of Elevation Oncology, Marker Therapeutics and Treeline Biosciences.

Jerrold B. Grossman, D.P.S. Vice Chairman of the Board

Dr. Jerrold B. Grossman is a co-founder of ADMA, has been a director since 2007 and serves as Vice Chairman of the Board. He has more than 45 years of experience in the blood and plasma industry and is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Technomed, Inc. (formerly National Hospital Specialties) since 1980, and founded GenesisBPS, which was acquired in September 2025. He is the father of President and Chief Executive Officer Adam S. Grossman.

Lawrence P. Guiheen became a director in July 2012 and chairs the Governance and Nominations Committee while also serving on the Audit and Compensation Committees. He has over 35 years of healthcare experience, including as Chief Commercial Officer of Kedrion Biopharma from 2013 to 2019 and more than 30 years at Baxter Healthcare, ending as President of BioPharmaceuticals US. He most recently served as Executive Vice President of Wellstat Management and Chief Executive Officer of Wellmond Therapeutics until retiring in March 2022.

He earlier worked in business development at Biogen and as a venture investor at Advanced Technology Ventures.

She has over 30 years of biotech and pharmaceutical leadership experience and has been Chief Operating Officer of Vicero, Inc. since September 2023, after serving as Chief Commercial Officer of bluebird bio from 2015 to 2021 and 21 years at Bristol-Myers Squibb. She holds a B.A. from St. Lawrence University and an M.B.A. from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.

Eduardo Rene Salas has been a director since December 2024 and serves on the Audit Committee. He was a senior client-serving audit partner at Ernst & Young from 2002 until his retirement in 2019 and later served as Chief Financial Officer of Wellstat Therapeutics from 2020 to 2022. He has also served on the audit committee of Intra-Cellular Therapies and as lead independent director and audit committee chair of Embody, Inc.
