Sharon Shacham Director

Dr. Sharon Shacham has served on Acrivon's Board since October 2020. She has served as CEO of Regenimo Biosciences since September 2025 and co-founded and is Managing Director of the venture-capital firm E44 Ventures. She founded Karyopharm Therapeutics in 2008 and served in roles including Chief Scientific Officer and President, leading the scientific and clinical work behind selinexor (Xpovio), a first-in-class oral XPO1 inhibitor. Earlier she was Senior Vice President of Drug Development at Epix Pharmaceuticals. She currently serves as a director of Nasus Pharma. Dr. Shacham holds a B.S. in chemistry, a Ph.D. in biophysical chemistry and an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University. She serves on Acrivon's Compensation Committee.

Derek DiRocco Director

Dr. Derek DiRocco has served on Acrivon's Board since November 2021. He has been a partner at RA Capital Management since December 2020, having joined as a principal in December 2017, focusing on company formation and evidence-based healthcare and life-science investing. He currently serves on the boards of Mineralys Therapeutics, Evommune, Rivus Pharmaceuticals and Forward Therapeutics, with past directorships including iTeos Therapeutics, Connect Biopharma, Werewolf Therapeutics, 89bio, IDRx and CanBridge. Dr. DiRocco holds a B.A. in biology from the College of the Holy Cross and a Ph.D. in pharmacology from the University of Washington, and conducted post-doctoral research at Brigham and Women's Hospital / Harvard Medical School. He serves on Acrivon's Audit and Nominating & Corporate Governance Committees.

Michael Tomsicek Director

Michael Tomsicek has served on Acrivon's Board since October 2022 and chairs its Audit Committee. He has served on the board of Milestone Pharmaceuticals USA since April 2019. He was Chief Financial Officer of CRISPR Therapeutics AG from November 2017 to October 2021 and Chief Financial Officer of Abiomed from July 2015 to August 2017. Mr. Tomsicek holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. in engineering, both from the University of Wisconsin.

Charles Baum Director

Dr. Charles (Chuck) Baum has served on Acrivon's Board since June 2023 and chairs its Compensation Committee. He has been CEO and a board member of Terremoto Biosciences since July 2024. He was the founder, President and CEO of Mirati Therapeutics from 2012 to 2021 and again from 2023 until its acquisition by Bristol Myers Squibb in January 2024, and served as its Head of Research and Development from 2021 to 2023. He serves on the board of PMV Pharmaceuticals and previously served on the boards of Poseida Therapeutics, Immunomedics, Array BioPharma and BCTG Acquisition Group. Dr. Baum received his M.D. and Ph.D. from Washington University School of Medicine and completed post-graduate training at Stanford University.

Dr. Ivana Magovčević-Liebisch has served on Acrivon's Board since February 2024. She is President and CEO of Draig Therapeutics, a role she assumed after serving as President and CEO of Vigil Neuroscience until its acquisition by Sanofi in August 2025. She was previously Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer at Ipsen from 2018 to 2020. She currently serves on the boards of Quanterix Corporation and Draig Therapeutics and was previously chairperson of the board of Absci and a director of Aeglea BioTherapeutics and Applied Genetic Technologies. She holds a Ph.D. in genetics from Harvard University, a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and a B.A. in biology and chemistry from Wheaton College. She serves on Acrivon's Audit Committee.

Santhosh Palani Director

Dr. Santhosh Palani has served on Acrivon's Board since March 2024 and chairs its Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee. He has been founder and CEO of the investment advisory firm PSP Research since November 2024 and was an investment partner at PFM Health Sciences from 2020 to 2024, leading public and private biotechnology investments. Earlier he was a principal at New Enterprise Associates. He currently serves on the board of Pyxis Oncology. Dr. Palani holds a Ph.D. in bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.S. in chemical engineering from Texas A&M University and a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Madras, and is a CFA charterholder. He serves on Acrivon's Compensation Committee.

Peter Blume-Jensen Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, President & Chairman

Dr. Peter Blume-Jensen is Acrivon's main founder and has served as its Chief Executive Officer, acting Chief Scientific Officer and President since March 2018 and as Chairman of the Board since October 2020. He is the inventor of the founding AP3 (Acrivon Predictive Precision Proteomics) platform and the OncoSignature patient-selection method. He previously served as Chief Scientific Officer at XTuit Pharmaceuticals and at Metamark Genetics, as Vice President and Global Therapeutic Area Advisor for Oncology at Daiichi Sankyo, and as a department head at Merck & Co. and Serono, US. His review 'Oncogenic Kinase Signaling' (Nature, 2001) is a citation classic in clinical medicine. Dr. Blume-Jensen received his M.D. from Copenhagen University Medical School, his Ph.D. from the Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research in Uppsala, Sweden, and conducted his post-doctoral fellowship under Tony Hunter at the Salk Institute.

Kristina Masson Co-Founder, Executive Vice President, Business Operations & Director

Dr. Kristina Masson is Acrivon's co-founder and has served as Executive Vice President, Business Operations since August 2022, as President, CEO and Site Head of the company's Swedish research subsidiary Acrivon AB, and as a member of the Board since March 2018; she previously served as Senior Vice President, Operations from March 2018 to August 2022. In 2016 she founded OncoSignature AB, which she led until its acquisition by Acrivon AB in March 2018. She was previously a Principal Scientist at Merrimack Pharmaceuticals and a post-doctoral fellow in the Golub lab at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. Dr. Masson received her M.Sc. and Ph.D. from Lund University and an Executive M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management. She also serves on the board of Aqilion AB.

Eric Devroe Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Eric Devroe has served as Acrivon's Chief Operating Officer since August 2022, having joined as Senior Vice President, Business Operations in October 2020, and served as Corporate Secretary from January 2021 to December 2022. He is a life-science executive and entrepreneur who was previously Founder and CEO of Xione Therapeutics, an oncology spin-out of MD Anderson Cancer Center, Strategic Advisor for Therapeutics Discovery at MD Anderson, and Founder and CEO of Opsonix, an infectious-disease spin-out of Harvard's Wyss Institute. Earlier he was VP, Business & Strategy Development at Metamark Genetics and an associate at Flagship Pioneering. Dr. Devroe received a B.S. in microbiology from the University of Texas at Austin and a Ph.D. in biological chemistry and molecular pharmacology from Harvard University.

Mary-Alice Miller Chief Legal Officer

Mary-Alice Miller has served as Acrivon's Chief Legal Officer since September 2023 and previously served as General Counsel from October 2022; she has also served as Corporate Secretary since December 2022. She has more than 20 years of corporate legal experience, previously serving as General Counsel of Butterfly Network (which she helped take public via a SPAC transaction) and as Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel of Columbia Care. Earlier she started and scaled her own digital-media company (sold to Purch Media in 2016) and spent the first seven years of her legal career at Ropes & Gray. Ms. Miller received a B.A. from Boston College and a J.D. from Boston College Law School.

Adam Levy Chief Financial Officer

Dr. Adam Levy has served as Acrivon's Chief Financial Officer since April 2025, having joined in July 2023 as Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Affairs and Investor Relations. Before Acrivon he was Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at Zentalis Pharmaceuticals and SVP of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Turning Point Therapeutics, where he was part of the team that delivered the company's $4.1 billion acquisition by Bristol Myers Squibb. Earlier he held corporate-strategy and corporate-development roles at Alaunos Therapeutics, Gilead Sciences, Pfizer, Novartis and Alexion, and was an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company. Dr. Levy received an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a Ph.D. in molecular biology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a B.S. in genetics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Mansoor Raza Mirza Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Mansoor Raza Mirza has served as Acrivon's Chief Medical Officer since April 2025. A globally recognized gynecologic-oncology key opinion leader, he previously served as chief oncologist at Copenhagen University National Medical Center (Rigshospitalet) in Denmark from 2009 to 2025 and as medical director of the Nordic Society of Gynecologic Oncology Clinical Trial Unit. He was lead investigator of the first global Phase 3 PARP-inhibitor trial in ovarian cancer (NOVA) and the dostarlimab first-line endometrial-cancer trial (RUBY), and has authored more than 200 peer-reviewed publications. He is a past chair of the European Network of Gynecological Oncological Trial Group and vice-president of the European Society of Gynecological Oncology, and serves on the boards of Karyopharm Therapeutics and Sera Prognostics. Dr. Mirza earned his medical degree and diplomas in surgery and clinical oncology from the Pirogov Moscow State Medical Institute and completed further oncology training at the University of Southern Denmark.

Erick Gamelin Chief Development Officer

Dr. Erick Gamelin has served as Acrivon's Chief Development Officer since January 2024 and previously served as its Chief Medical Officer from March 2021. He was previously Chief Medical Officer at Step Pharma, Vice President, Oncology at Dynavax Technologies, Vice President at MacroGenics, and held leadership positions in oncology at Pfizer and Amgen. A medical oncologist and pharmacologist, he is a former professor of medical oncology and CEO of the French national university cancer center (ICO) and a Knight of the French National Order of Merit. He has led more than 100 Phase 1-3 oncology trials and co-authored over 135 peer-reviewed articles. Dr. Gamelin received his Ph.D. in molecular pharmacology from Bordeaux University and conducted post-doctoral studies at the NIH.
